Shane took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and kindly for over 30 minutes. As someone who's usually cautious with large businesses and insurance companies, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and confident I felt working with them. On top of that, the three times I called during business hours, a real person actually answered! No waiting or endless phone menus!
