I was told they were going to custom order the mount to fit the the stone and I had other things I wanted to add to the ring it was going to take 4-6 weeks to come in. my boyfriend gets the ring and tell me it looks different ,it's a whole other ring! not the one i chose . I went to the store Josh is a super great guy made me feel like i wasn't crazy but Renae said in front of me "i told you not to show or tell her" . after talking she made me feel like the ring i chose was stupid. said the base is to small diamonds are going to knock out everyone comes in for that issue it wasn't worth it and the ring they ordered is bigger and better but if i wanted they can order the ring i want but it would take 4-6 weeks again. only reason i didn't go with that is because i dont have 4-6 weeks to wait he had a plan and time frame a very tight one. if she offered a rush on the order i would have said yes let's get my dream ring but no this screwed this exciting step for us up. There was no apologies just a simple this ring is bigger and better and he shouldn't have showed me in the first place. I want the ring I chose but i feel like if we were to order it it still wouldn't be what I imagined and hoped for. I thought they specialized in custom rings and had a in house jeweler but the ring i got wasn't my custom one just one order off of Gabriel. They completely lost my trust , there was no paper or records on the ring so we decided we had to get it appraised to make sure one thing was right. Unfortunately we won't be coming back for our wedding bands. Josh was a great jeweler and helped me imagine and customize my dream ring . Needless to say were stuck with the ring that was just ordered online still great and beautiful just not my dream one i imagined.

At this point, it is very challenging to find pieces that I don't already own so I enjoy just adding a piece here and there for layering purposes. As soon as I arrived at the table I noticed this bright green beaded bracelet with an elephant charm and placed it on my arm. I didn't adjust it or touch it because it was a perfect fit and I did not take it off until I prepared for bed later that night. ***I have a habit of putting on jewelry and walking around with it while shopping because jewelry needs to be comfortable and stay in place, just like clothing. Although you may encounter several jewelry vendors, not all of them are going to offer quality items because they use fake stones, and cheap materials and it is evident on sight. I fairly enjoy visiting this location for my semi-annual jewelry cleaning. Although a small…read morelocation, the customer service is pretty decent. I just remember going to the Buford location once for my cleaning, and I just received peering looks like I was out of this world or something. Yup. It's those judgmental looks. Plus, the cleaning took much much longer than usual. The jewelry selection here is limited compared to the Buford location, but it's a decent place for cleanings. Although I have to mention that they once cleaned my silver jewelry with gold solution. o.O Unsure how one could mess this up, but they did. They did get it sent out for a professional cleaning so the end result wasn't terrible. The location did change since Dick's Sporting Goods was built. They are now located near the area where The Shoe Dept used to be, close the small water fountain.
