I recently purchased a factory refurbished laptop from Cash America Pawn. Haley helped me with this purchase and had a friendly, helpful attitude. The price was excellent. Being older, I am not terribly tech savvy. I went in the next day and asked for help setting up my new laptop. Alyssa was knowledgeable and took about an hour to help me out. She had to occasionally step away to help a customer, but she gave me her undivided attention, for the most part. Alyssa and Haley are invaluable in customer service. ZERO STARS.........I purchased, in full, a zero turn lawnmower by layaway only to find out that they had sold the mower to someone else. The employees couldn't tell me what happened other than it may have been a mistake. "Someone may have given out the wrong mower." "May have been mistaged" etc. Etc. I recieved a full refund. I dont feel a refund covers this mistake. They can basically borrow my money for 5 months, intrest free, I recieve no merchandise. Only the monies payed. I am beyond angry. I will never set foot in a cash america again. Cash America now owned by First Cash. Terrible policy. Terrible way to do buisiness. Just an oops, and a pat on the back.... Rubbish. read more
