They where insisting we needed to contact helion, and helion insisted we needed to visit Hobbytown to have this repair performed. It ended in 2 angry customers and a angry store manager in a screaming match between each other I only purchase from here out of desperation now. It's a large store, and you can definitely find yourself spending an hour or more in here just combing through the aisles (or maybe that's just me). Yarn is a magnet for me, so I tend to look for yarn stores, yarn deals and specialty stores. This particular yarn studio popped up on my google maps when I was looking for yarn for a prayer shawl. So I drove 30 minutes there and found some great deals on dyed yarns of cotton and wool varieties. Turns out they offer crochet and knitting classes too. The 2 store owners were very welcoming and gracious in their attentions. I was given personal service and made to feel special. I ended up with Japanese brand yarn - noro that I previously could not afford. It was a wonderful experience. I was told they vary yarns from 4 different individual dye artists.
