The person installing the carpet said the carpet would fluff up after a few days and with vacuuming, but it never did. It never fluffed up and is flat like there is no foam under the carpet. We knew it was gonna be a project our 1940 house was unlevel, parts of our house were sinking, and they did beyond amazing. They always made sure before they left they would clean up and would cover holes so my daughter or us wouldn't fall through our crawl space. I hired them to level my floor because it was different levels, once I saw how they worked and how much experience they had, we definitely had them install our vinyl floor also. They charged me $50 to measure my house and finally came back two weeks later with an absurdly high price quote, including a number of things I hadn't requested and weren't required. When I questioned the proposal the saleswoman ignored my questions altogether and stopped responding to my emails. I sent a final message requesting the measurements I paid for and that message was ignored as well. Don't waste your time with Raby's unless you enjoy poor, unresponsive service and want to pay a premium for it. I've worked with many contractors over the years and have never had a worse experience. It cost me $50 to learn how bad they are. I'll save you the money and trouble. Run!
