We recently contracted FloorScapes for tile, oak flooring and carpet in our home. This was a difficult job due to over forty years of occupancy in the home. "Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing flooring. Super experience with them. read more

Carpet is great beautiful...post-sale customer service experience is a bummer. Carpet was installed with very obvious bumps or bunching underneath. I had to actively follow up to have Cole respond to the initial service request. With his onsite visit, he acknowledged there was an issue. After (me) actively following up again, he scheduled an installer to come back out who said this fiber padding is known to have this issue. This known issue was not told to us at the time of purchase. The installer cut a portion of the padding out and added a patch. With a new rug install...seems like something is not right if a patch needs to be cut out and another patch applied. Was there a quality control review after or during the installation? As a business owner who works hard and has clients, coming up with the plan and funds to buy a new rug and have it installed is signficant. Additionally it is in the rooms where I conduct business. When the installer came back out, we had to move my office for the person to inspect, assess and patch. The installer was very nice. But still it costs my business money because we are not working (business is disrupted). Since this has occurred, both Nathan (sales) and Cole (customer service) have ghosted and not responding to my questions on the pre-sale disclosure & why someone had to cut a portion out of the pad. We live in ABQ so the bar is really low on getting a quality service - product provider for your home. read more

We are very pleased with the product and installation provided by Floorscapes. We were scheduled for the first week in January but there was an opening in schedule that allowed installation two weeks prior to Christmas. We were promised the install would be completed by Christmas. We were skeptical but hopeful and since we chose not to decorate our home this year for the holidays we agreed to move forward with the installation. The 2 - 4 man crew were here daily and worked very hard to remove the old tile and carpet. Once all the old product was removed, the install was quick. The installation was completed as promised, two days before Christmas (10 day total project). The final result is amazing and beautiful. I am usually very handy around the house and consider myself quite the perfectionist however I have never taken on a project of this magnitude and I'm glad I chose not to. Excellent replacement of my kitchen floor. I originally went in to order some sheet vinyl product, but Bill suggested LVT Tile as an alternative. I'm glad he did. The finished product goes down more easily, is more durable and looks great. The kitchen and the accompanying laundry were a pain to do because all the appliances, including the gas stove, had to be moved. Nevertheless Fermin and Danny did a great job with the install. (Bill, the owner, even stopped by to make sure everything was going OK.) They were pleasant and professional and they left everything, as the British would say, "in good nick." If I need floor covering anywhere else in the house, Floorscapes will be my first stop. read more

We are so happy with our recent carpeting purchase from Floorscapes. We worked with Mickey in sales. After we visited the showroom and picked out a few that we liked, she brought the samples to our house and let us keep them overnight so we could see our choices in the different light and with our paint colors and decor. We recently redid our flooring in our house and went to Floorscapes for carpet installation. The whole process was great! We worked with Joe Duran and he was super helpful and honest about pricing, quality, and getting what we needed for our household. He came out and took measurements the next day and sent us a very reasonable quote. Unlike other floor companies they were honest about square footage and not calculating a ridiculous amount of excess to make more money. The installation was quick and the carpet looks great! We recently had our old gross tile and wood flooring replaced with the luxury vinyl flooring that looks like wood, we also had counters in the kitchen and bathroom done (by another company that floorscapes recommended) and then backsplash in both kitchen and bathroom. I cannot get over how beautiful everything looks. The flooring was done with minimal dust as they were able to float it over the old flooring. The attention to detail is exceptional. We have an area that is raised and has a few steps that go down into 3 different rooms and have strange angles on them and the guys who laid the flooring did a fantastic job. They installed new baseboards as well and they turned out beautiful and were done really well around our bullnose corners. Michael did the backsplash tile work and it's beautiful, in both the kitchen and bathroom. Plus he was a super nice guy and I enjoyed talking with him. Bill the owner even saw things that we hadn't thought of, like a windowsill that matched the countertop and he got that put into motion for us and the kitchen looks amazing and has all the right finishing touches. We absolutely love our new flooring! The installers did a very good job (overall) with the installation. Colin Burrell was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! We ordered blinds from Floorscapes last fall. The owner came to our house with multiple samples and helped us to pick out blinds for our master bedroom. When they arrived they were installed quickly and efficiently. The installer arrived right on time. We are very pleased with the blinds. They are just what was needed. We have had many interactions with floorscapes from tile to countertops and back splashes. Also carpeting and rugs. We have never had a problem with products not arriving on time. It was time to upgrade the floors in our house and we went to the big box stores and just did not feel comfortable with the farming out of our project. This is such a wonderful tile store! I had my kitchen and laundry room tiled by them years ago and the tile still looks beautiful. Their installers were wonderful and extremely professional. I am redoing a bathroom and found a tile that was perfect and only Floorscapes was able to get it for me in a timely manner because it is quite popular. Many tile stores I went to were either unable to get it for me or it was hard to even get someone to wait on me. From the sales associates to the business person, they make shopping there a breeze and are so friendly. Their showroom has some great and different tile styles so I will definitely be going back. I am an Interior Designer and I have to say that this place is a gem just from my experience and the ease of dealing with them, as well as the fast delivery. We had the very best experience with FloorScapes & highly recommend them. We bought a house with radiant heat throughout. Some areas were tile, others areas were carpet that our newly adopted incontinent dog destroyed. We met with a number of flooring companies, none of which said they could do the job without damaging or destroying the radiant heat. (One representative actually said they would have to jackhammer the old tile out). Josh & Colin were the only ones that said we could tile over the existing tile, and that the carpet areas could be leveled with the existing tile, so that the entire area could be tiled. They were very helpful & gave us great advice during the months it took for us to make a decision. The installation process was 2 weeks. The installers Eleazar & Juan were the best. They were on time every day, left the work areas spotless, and they worked incredibly hard all day with only very short breaks, if they even took a break. They were both very pleasant, and their work was very careful & precise. The finished job is far better than we had envisioned. Let me start by saying I love my LVT floor... but the process was challenging and took weeks/months to complete . The contracted installer, I later found out, was "not of our typical quality" and he was let go after my install. He was friendly and polite but as he told me the first day, he "usually does tile". At times, his saw was placed on the floor of the room , making a significant mess. My sliding door vertical shade was broken in the process and it was not until I noticed it, that this was acknowledged. To their credit, Floorscapes sent a repair person. The job was frequently interrupted by other jobs and finishing cuts were finally completed by "one of our really skilled technicians who is typical of our quality". Of course the fact that my balance was not yet paid is what triggered this second technician's involvement. I wonder why my 450 sq. Ft. install did not rate high enough to have a skilled installer in the first place. Cuts around floor vents are crude. In order to glue down a threshold , they used two of my marble tabletops to stabilize it resulting in chips around the edges. I was told that I was to receive a bottle of LVT cleaner... that I needed to pick up . When I did drive over to the store , now that I had finalized payment, a bottle was placed in front of me without a word as the salesman appeared more interested in another customer and a possible new sale. This was not a minor or inexpensive project but I felt like it was not given due attention or concern. And really, paying full price for a substandard installer with lack of attention to detail and little experience with the material, is inexcusable. My work colleague told me she just had a great experience with Floorscapes but that she knows the owner " so of course". I chose Floorscapes because they have been in the community a long time... But I am very disappointed at how my job was handled. read more

The showroom at Floorscapes has everything you could possibly want for a new build or remodel, and the sales lady we worked with was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, that's where the good things end. We got our flooring and blinds from Floorscapes for our new build. The floor and wall tiles are uneven. Chipped tiles were installed. We complained during our weekly progress meetings, and were told that "that's just how that tile is". Who keeps "defective" tile in stock? The grout in the tile is bubbly, and when we called to have it fixed, the owner came and filed the bubbles out with a box cutter-like tool and called it fixed. We have lived in our home for 4 months and the Hunter Douglas sliders for our doors are broken. I have called every other day for 2 weeks to get someone to come repair/replace, and I keep getting the run around. I'm not sure what Floorscapes won't stand behind: their products or their workmanship. Floorscapes will promise you the moon when you're in the showroom, but once they've made the sale, they're done with you. read more

Extremely disappointed. I had a friend use this company that reported that the person from Floorscapes surveyed the work daily and was pleased. We DID NOT have this experience. When I asked about working Memorial Day weekend I was told it would not be a problem--it wasn't for him, HE LEFT TOWN FOR 5 DAYS and subcontracted the tile and carpet to someone else. My husband and I tried to reach him several times without a callback and had to work with his sub-contractors to get issues repaired. The tile work was good--after we had them come fix broken tiles and the hole in my wall! Better experience with carpet installation, minor issues and the work was done well. I was highly disappointed, I hired a local company to support them and feel like I could have gotten better service with a box store. read more
