Test drove it and was interested. They brought out how much and it was 12k more than the one posted online. We got up to leave the gm came out with an attitude about us leaveing. Following day we returned i wanted a truck they wanted to sell one. Paul did everything he could to find a truck that fit us in every way. So we purchased the truck (so we thought). A month and a half went buy tried calling the bank to get logged in to my account so i could make my payment with no luck (i called them 8 times). I called don wood to see if the finance person could help me get in touch with them and was told id get called back after they got back from lunch. I waited 3 weeks for that call. The day my payment was supposed to be due don wood called me and said "hey we need the vin number off from your truck". I asked what for "when we got ur loan we accidentally got it for the wrong truck so you dont currently have a loan for any truck so we need to verify the vin to get you put in for your loan". At this point i was over the crap and told them i wanted my down payment back and returned the truck to them. Probably could get a decent car if you dont mind an attitude and verify the vin on every piece of paper. Might as well go to a smaller dealership and take your chances because obviously even don wood cant do it right.

I first found 2nd Opinion Car Service when I moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. I needed a transmission service and some new struts, he quoted me the best price around. The best part was not only did I get the best price, I got all the work done by an ASE Master Technician, so I know the job was done right. In fact, Andy regularly saves me money by fixing the actual problem and not just replacing parts. Often a seal or a gasket is all that needs replaced instead of an entire part. My last visit he saved me $400 because the part was fine, the seal around it just gave out. You owe it to yourself to at least get a quote from Andy. It's like taking your car to a trusted friend. Andy tells you what's actually wrong with the vehicle and takes the time to explain what he found and fixed. It's truly the best experience you can have with a mechanic.

I made a morning appointment for shocks and a recall which should have taken a couple hour. I get there on time and the guy tells me it's going to be 3.5-4 hour. Seriously, this is why I made an appointment. I say okay and go sit down. I sit there for 4 hours and then they come and tell me that they can't fix my car today. I asked why, she stated they have the parts but they are short staffed, WTH!! She said they have a courtesy car that I can use until my car is ready. Fine, I'm tired just give me the car and let me leave. They call the next day about 4:20p that my car is ready. I leave immediately to go get my car. I fill theirs with gas and take it back. I sign for my car that was both warranty repairs and leave. Then I drive home and receive a email for a $90 car rental invoice! Had they told me that I would be charged $90 for 27 hours/73 mile; I would have taken an Uber instead.

They way the Parts department set up is very impersonal. Every time you have to have them look at a part or a quote, they have to go in the back to some secret room. and you have to ring a bell to talk to anyone. Also the parts department is located somewhere in a different building than the service department, this is a break in continuity. With all that said, they do offer better pricing than Columbus North Mitsubushi, and free Cookies
