People seem to be friendly and understanding. We have never had any issues with staff or the mechanics there. Once we had some problems making payments. We expained our situation and they worked with us until we got caught up. Also one vehicle ended up needing some unforseen repairs just before we paid it off. They had their mechanic look at it for us. They gave us a cheaper quote than anyone plus let us make payments on the repairs. I am looking forward to my next purchase from them.

Terry, our service advisor, had the mechanic look over the system and found a blown line from the reservoir to the power steering unit. Turns out the steering pump was alright and it just needed the line replaced saving us a lot of money (a lot of money!). That is the honesty and integrity paired with professional, knowledgeable, friendly people that got my attention years ago and will keep me as a loyal customer into the future. Our out of pocket cost will be $850, significantly lower than expected. The technician stated it may be a bit of time to get the transmission replaced though, as there are only 20 dealers with a new transmission in stock in the country.
