I would leave ZERO starts if it were an option. TWO days after buying my car and literally putting maybe 10miles in it total it broke down. I almost crashed, and was stranded with my 4 year old. I called them and they basically said well thats too bad for you. When I finally got it towed to a mechanic (through my insurance company) he said that they sell vehicles that should 100% be junked. One specifically was incredibly DANGEROUS and barely had a FRAME! They still sold it just like that a few days later. read more

Looked for a truck online and call this dealer for reservations to test drive. They called the day of reservation to confirm appointment. Drove one and a half hours just to get there its not for sale. . Please don't waste our time. read more

This establishment sold me a car that needed almost 3000 dollars in repairs on a car that I have had long enough to make one payment on and absolutely don't care to try to help me fix the car ..terrible place to get a vehicle ..my advice stay away read more

Went through the process of dealing with pretty meh email staff, got it scheduled to pickup the vehicle on a wednesday. (my bank needed a day to write the check and then I needed a ride to get it, which the dealership knew.) The very next day they marked it as sold and then was congragulating the new owners(not me). I'd like to leave a good review, but I can't. Not when the practices that are done here are less than professional. First off the only have 2 main banks they finance though so the odds of getting approved without someone to co-sign are slim, unless you have flawless credit, they ran my credit multiple times for the same bank. I have always been hesitant to shop at small car lots, because I have found that their sales ethics have always been questionable. Either by them misleading you on actual conditions on a car, or just their unprofessional sales techniques. After shopping Low Cost Cars in Circleville, once again my theory was correct. I would have not shopped there at all but they had a car that my daughter wanted with all the extra options she was looking for, so we thought we would give it a go. Bottom line without writing a book, the car was sold out from under us, while we were waiting for financing to be completed that afternoon. They said the banks were not getting back to them in time being 6 pm on Saturday. Obviously they did not want to wait around until they did. They were closed on Sunday. They sold the car somewhere, somehow between the time they closed on Saturday upon reopening on Monday morning. The thing that really pissed us off is that they ran our credit financing so they could try to put us into another car we weren't interested in on their lot...Just a very shady way to do business. We ended up going with my daughters second option at Ricart Auto Mall where we were met with professional sales staff, and trusted we would be handled with importance. Long story short, we recommend you steer clear here, because you very well may find yourself in the same situation.
