We bought a 2020 Colorado, this past Saturday. We were greeted by Barbie Wagner. The dealership was busy that day, but she had a smile and was completely welcoming. While doing our test drive and paperwork, she helped other guests with the same enthusiasm. She should be given a pat on the back for a job well done. All options on our truck were explained, and after getting home we had a question and after a phone call she talked us through it. It's really sad when a great dealership declines over the years. This location used to be amazing! The BEST customer service - literally unmatched. We have purchased 7 vehicles in the last 20 years. The service department is horrible - when Bill was in charge - he gave VIP service. The guys working now couldn't care less about you. Need a loaner? Aw, too bad. So sorry - we don't have any. What? You can't sit around for 6 hours and wait? Well, why not? Absolutely awful. Sure miss the old days. Really glad we didn't buy a new car last month - I surely won't be spending $60,000 here. read more

Not willing to look into my issues without doing what they "see" needs fixing... I took our car there for a second opinion on a non related matter to what they advise needs fixing in the first place. Not willing to work with the warranty for our tires, not willing to look into other issues I asked to be looked at. Trying to charge us for services they didn't do. Nothing about their customer service or the way they chuckle is funny when you are frustrated with your own vehicle. read more

I want to give a BIG Shout Out to the service department. I was driving south on 23 when my Acura TLX warned me my tire pressure was going low. I pulled into the service station at Coughlin. I was greeted immediately. I explained my car was telling me I had low tire pressure. I wasn't sure if I needed the tire plugged, patched, or replaced. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry as I was picking up someone for an appointment in Columbus. They acted immediately and pulled my car into the shop. They realized the tire needed to be replaced but patched it to get me back to Columbus to the dealership where I have warranty on the tires. I was pleasantly SUPRISED how quickly they responded during my emergency and had me back on the road!!! Thank you to the wonderful people at the service station!!! read more

I was in the middle of negotiating and getting financing for a car and the dealer sold it out from under me. Not to mention offering 2000 less than rough trade in value on a fair trade car. I would thing twice before dealing with this deeler. I also received this from the sales person Barbie..."All vehicles are for sell unless closed on financing and unfortunately we were not" while I understand this is true it is NOT good faith dealing. If you want to buy a car from them have cash in hand and best of luck! After all that and a days worth of Emails with Joshua I received a email inviting me to test drive the car they sold out from under me. What kind of dealership is this? read more

Never purchase a vehicle here again. First vehicle purchased, they tried to charge $500 documentation fee and law in Ohio says $250 or 10% of purchase price whichever is lower. Also, purchased an extended warranty for 8 year/80,000 mile and noticed that the documentation says 84 months or 75,000 miles and when pointed out the finance guy said just old documentation it will be 96 months or 80,000 miles. Of course just sold my vehicle and came back to get pro rated refund of remainder of warranty cost and was given only based on 8 years. Their finance department seems to try and skirt the laws and I am going to report them to the state of ohio AG. read more

I've been going back and forth on a buying a truck for about a month now and hadn't found the right truck at the right deal. Michael Knight, the Internet Sales Manager not the David Hasselhof TV Show character, knew what I had in mind and kept looking for a truck at the price I wanted even after I became passive in my search. He called me up and let me know he had one at a very good price and, after they moved some rims and running boards from another truck, that I would like the look of. I checked it out, liked what I saw, and agreed to buy it. They still had to swap out the parts for me, so they offered to drop it off the next day. Mike drove the new truck to my house with all the paperwork ready to go. It took about 5 minutes to sign everything, and he drove off in my trade-in for which they gave me a very fair value on. read more

I am thoroughly disappointment with the service we have received. My husband bought a car in April. It was in the shop by early November. Six weeks later it is still there. The technician called once a week to tell us the part was not in yet but promised it would be in soon. Recently we stopped in to see what was going on and have received no answers. No managers will return our phone calls. Here comes the kicker, they are starting to call us and ask us for payment......the car isn't even fixed yet! So super disappointed and will NEVER be doing business with them again. read more

I took my car in with a tire leak and for oil change. 72 dollars later they told me they repaired the tire. Days later tire is still losing air. I call and basically they would get me in next day to have a look. Could care less. I took my car to Discount Tire they take the tire off tell me there is a nail in it and it was never repaired in the first place. So if you want a 72.00 oil change I would say this is the place for you. Terrible experience and poor customer service. read more
