They also do plenty of new stock to compliment the second hand items, this is mainly chart DVDs and discontinued electrical goods. All electricals are graded on their condition with the price reflecting that, so you know of any minor scratches etc. before you've paid. Mobile phones are separated into network grouping with unlocked phones on their own; this shop was invaluable when my mobile phone was being repaired rendering the need for a cheap temporary phone on a network which tend to avoid that market. The games and films have crazy prices with Xbox360 games typically around £25 even for the most recent and popular titles. DVDs likewise, I managed to buy a brand new copy of The Simpsons Movie on DVD for £3 just three weeks after it was released. Well worth a visit when in the Arndale if you're thinking of popping into anywhere like HMV.

It specialises in flat-screen and plasma/LCD TVs, and has a room where you can compare. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help, but I still think it's best to read impartial reviews and to go in knowing what you're looking for. Not the sort of shop you'd really visit unless you're after a TV, but if you are, it's definitely worth popping into.

They have recently relocated to this new site in West Way. It is a bigger store which is positive. They also advertise that there is parking which the previous store did not have. Yes there is parkinghoweverwe tried using it but everyone was double and even triple parked so it isn't very convenient. We turned in but then immediately had to reverse out into the very busy Botley Rd. One of the staff members had to ask customers in the store who owned a particular car to ask them to move so another customer could get out. We parked in nearby Wickes and walked it was much easier. It is useful but I would suggest that it is restricted to people picking up items only.

I asked many questions on the watch and got all the questions answered. I had a good experience and would recommend to all my friends and family. It has been 2 months and the watch is still good. Every now and again I would pop in the store to ask for more details about the watch as it has many features. The staff are always friendly here. They do not get annoyed with me. That is good enough for me.

As with all Swarovski shops, the merchandise does have a seasonal aspect as well as a core range. I've always wondered if you could actually use the champagne flutes :-) however whether they are purchased for use or gift, they do look beautiful as do all the goods in the shop. Of the jewellery I have bought from other Swarovski shops (closer to work - I only ever window shop at the Oxford shop), it's all been good quality.
