After 3 weeks of being in their hands, I figured it was going to be perfect. ABSOLUTELY NOT. He DESTROYED my engagement ring. The stones do not match at all, bumpy, THE RING IS CROOKED and bent on the inside. It's the WORST job I've ever seen. We walked right back in and got our money back. But he still didn't admit to his mistakes. Said my ring was a "nightmare" and told my fiance when he was ready to come buy a new ring to come to him. WTF. He was patient and very helpful through the whole process and they designed the most beautiful diamond in diamond I have ever seen. Unfortunately a flaw in the design from the company was they didn't have a way to secure the inside diamond in so just a few months in it did fall out. Dean Diamond replaced it with a brand new one, well the same thing happened. That is when we decided to just go with a solid black diamond so I didn't have to worry about it. Allan actually brought in 3 different stones and let me pick the one I wanted. All of this was no charge! Fast forward 12 years later my husband and I go back to get me an anniversary ring, once again it can't be anything anyone else has. He picked out the most perfect one, of course once again a flaw in the design didn't give enough area to hold the diamond so it fell out. We took it back to them, Allen sent it in to the company who then literally redesigned the ring (even for future sales) to have more gold around the diamond to better hold it in. Again, no charge to us!! All this being said I wanted to show this is one of the best places for jewlery, they are honest and the product and companies behind the product are great!
