Unreliable businesses, they never bother fixing their work hours.always opening hours later than posted

I started working in the area about 3 months ago and was in a rush after I got my first paycheck to get it cashed but unfortunately it was on a Saturday and the first place I went had me waiting and wasting my time basically for an hour to tell me they can't cash my check same day for a new customer. So I decided to give it one more chance and I looked up on Google maps and found this business was just a few blocks down the street and since that day I first walked in I knew this was going to be the place I would come back to every two weeks because of how simple easy straightforward respectful and professional the processes every single time. People talk about having a relationship with their banker at the big banks but that was back in the day and nobody gets that experience anymore from the big name brand banks. But here every time I walk in I'm remembered I'm acknowledged I'm able to cash my check simple transparent consistent every time. I highly suggest you come here to cash your checks and conduct your financial business if you're in the area. Actually even if you're not in the area even if you're an hour away and it's a Saturday and every other place is closed or unable to help you This place is open at the hours it says it's open so don't ever feel like it'll be a waste of time to drive over here and see if they can help you out cuz I assure you if you get here during the hours and days it's open you will be helped and be able to get done what you need to get done simple consistent easy and quickly. Today, I went into this establishment to cash a check. I had accidentally left my check in the vehicle of a relatives friend . I asked for it back immediately once realizing where i had misplaced it which was almost two weeks later. The check was written on which I was not pleased about and looked a bit disheveled. Upon attempting to cash the check the associate asked if it had attempted to be mobile deposited which was a fair question especially given its condition. The employee handed me back the check to sign; I believe, after checking its validity. Since the information on the back of the check wasn't relevant to me due to my relatives friend writing on it I began to scribble over the writing. The attendant then spoke down to me for doing so. I understand that a check with writing on it is not ideal. I myself was annoyed by it, However, when speaking to people there is no reason to talk down to them. If he would have communicated about it in a decent manner there wouldnt have been an issue. So, i got my ID back from him and told him about his attitude. He said he didn't have one and I corrected him. I took my check and went elsewhere to cash it. If employees have a lack of good customer service this establishment does not deserve the business of individuals they are rude to. read more

UPDATE: 5/5/18 Alex strikes again! This time with my auntie. BEWARE. My auntie had came in to cash in her check of $746 and my Auntie being also unaware of the regular fee of $20 for cashing in her check, Alex had deducted a whopping $119.00. With my auntie being oblivious of the normal fees, she then walked out and had finally realized that she'd been swindled by this guy. My auntie went back to Alex and confronted about the incorrect transaction angrily, as she also brought it up my last experience with him and he had admitted to taking the money from the previous occurrence because "I seemed distracted". This location is always late to open. Today I waited 18 minutes so I started knoking on the door and finally got somebody to open the business. I complained about it and, instead of apologizing, he was very rude . I found another Western Union location closed by and what a difference. I will never go back to that store. I think a customer has be treated with respect by opening on time and when returning from lunch, also opening on n time. read more
