It was nothing short of awesome and a great experience working with Jessica the loan coordinator. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and both her and Leslie were wonderful to work with. I even got a 1.99% interest rate on a used car loan. It doesn't get any better then that. If if you are looking for financing on a house, auto or whatever it is you need to purchase I would highly recommend calling this Credit Union to take care of your needs. David has always been…read morehelpful in the past but this year I have been disappointed in their customer service, determination to complete the task at hand and take responsibility for lack of concern. He is just a sales agent he told me, not an adjuster or an advisor for Allstate and that he can not help us with an ongoing claim of over 5 months. He can't even make a phone to Crash Champions who is their top go to service business. Vehicle has been at the shop since Feb 7,2024- today July 26,2024 still there. Story changes every week on what's going on :(. Can't get this resolved and he just hung us out to dry :(. I have left Allstate for me but, I have paid full coverage for a vehicle that's been in the shop almost 6 months . Crazy! Please make sure you research their process because you will be left out in the cold!
