He is just a sales agent he told me, not an adjuster or an advisor for Allstate and that he can not help us with an ongoing claim of over 5 months. He can't even make a phone to Crash Champions who is their top go to service business. Vehicle has been at the shop since Feb 7,2024- today July 26,2024 still there. Story changes every week on what's going on :(. Can't get this resolved and he just hung us out to dry :(. I have left Allstate for me but, I have paid full coverage for a vehicle that's been in the shop almost 6 months . Crazy! Please make sure you research their process because you will be left out in the cold!

It was nothing short of awesome and a great experience working with Jessica the loan coordinator. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and both her and Leslie were wonderful to work with. I even got a 1.99% interest rate on a used car loan. It doesn't get any better then that. While waiting for her supervisor to respond she explained how Jackson Hewitt really puts their customers first, but right after getting an answer her supervisor hangs up before my tax lady could get another word in. It seems like her opinion of her employer was considerably higher than was warranted. Here's what brought the stars down to one, though. The answer she got was that I should ask a CPA.
