So after one of people on the account called, she even gave him a hard time though his name was on the account, the caller id was from the law firm and he received the email that was sent out, but because he wasn't the person on the email and he was cc'd in the email by the recipient, she was still trying to say she couldn't verify the checks. He says ma'am we wrote these checks, these are the people who own the checks, verify the checks, she finally says ooh okay yea we can cash it for them.
