There were many times that I had no idea what was going on and sent multiple emails and made many phone calls that all went unanswered. If they did answer the phone, every single time they would say the same thing, "let me call the underwriter's, give me a call back in 15 minutes." I would call back a dozen times and nobody would answer. Not only did they screw me out of $550("for the loan process") but they also made a charge for $175 that they never asked or told me about.
