Several employees were gathered at the front desk casually browsing the internet and discussing what they were looking at while I waited to be helped. The interaction felt very transactional rather than welcoming. The employee who assisted me spoke very little and showed little interest in providing friendly customer service. The employee who performed the service on my watch was similarly brief and lacked courtesy. Although I came in for a minor service rather than a significant purchase, every customer should receive the same level of professionalism and respect. Then Marie helped me by looking over comparable chains but the same issue recurred.
