I didn't think it was real but before I gave it away to someone who were more likely to wear jewelry I wanted to make sure. I step into the pawnshop and unraveled the pieces when the light bright guy immediately yelled "It's FAKE" where you get it?" I told him it was given to me. He condensing said " Ain't nobody gonna give you REALgold..you know how much gold cost today"? To say I was offended was an understatement. His coworker could sense my offense and proceeded to explain why the piece was not authentic. Now, if "Light Bright" owns the pawnshop I can understand (not agree with) his arrogance but if he's just a clock in employee he should know that my 10 year military service, 15 years as a police officer, and the last 20 years managing a franchise car dealership should let him know that I AM NOT DUMB. I simply seeked the advice from a professional in the field I am not familiar in. I'm confident I will never need to buy or sell anything to a pawnshop but maybe he should be reminded how to treat those who need those services a little more compassionately. Just my opinion.

And it lasted just 10 uses. I called the store up and talk to Moses and told him what happened. He told me that there is no guarantee on the clasp. That it wouldn't last long. And that they could fix it but would charge me the same price again???? No thank you.. So I take my chain to a different jeweler to get fixed. Not only did they fix it for a lesser price. I placed the stone back in the set and took it to moses. Because I was going, I took some other jewelry to be repaired. 2 weeks later I went to get my jewelry. 3hrs later my diamond was gone. It had never been fixed. Avi, the owner wrote up my repair order and Never even acknowledged that the main thing I needed was my diamond set. He did other repairs and never fixed the diamond and would not accept responcibility for not listening to what I asked him to do. And instead of trying to make it right, basically told me to fuck off. The ticket was scribbled and not legible, otherwise, I may have noticed that he hadn't wrote down anything about setting the diamond. I spent $130 for jewelry repair and the most important part was not handled. I Will NEVER step foot in this place again and dont recommend them to anyone!! My diamond was "Replaced" by Levs Pawn Shop for only 25 dollars more than Moses told me he would have charged me, had he charged me just to "repair" it!!
