The person (owner) didn't even bother to get up from his chair to look at the watch and instead yelled from where he was sitting that I should buy another one because that watch is fake. I calmly explained that I wasn't accusing anyone and that the watch was working perfectly before the adjustment. His response was to repeat, in the same rude tone, that the watch was fake and that I should buy another one. Extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful customer service. I have no idea what kind of people they hire here, but I will never come back not even if it were free and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
