Never Again. Tech came out pumped unit full (3 LBs) of freon and left with no troubleshooting…read moreinvolved. Came out again pumped full of freon again threw parts at it got lucky, replaced whole line vice fixing it. Second unit has same issue the techs threw parts and pumped with Freon (wrong kind BTW 407 vice 410 still not fixed. I asked to speak with owner concerning billing questions owner refused to talk to me. Now stuck with a unit i need to pump down and repair. not to mention got charged for 2 techs to replace a line I guess that second tech was for moral support since it was installed with one person when we did it. Their techs may need to refresh their Section 608 Cert and Florida clean air act.

We were on a budget of $60,000 or less, hoping to qualify for an FHA loan, and try to have a monthly payment around $400. I knew that it wasn't likely that we would have all 3, but I was giving the sales manager an idea of what we were working with personally. He advised me that he was going to find more information for me and see what they had that would fit into our budget and he would call me back in 30 minutes. 4 days later, I still had heard nothing, so I called back and left a message for him to please call me. Still never heard anything and that was over a week ago. Apparently they are doing so well that they can pick and choose who to sell too. Still pissed off about it.
