They agreed to help me fix my watch immediately. I quickly drove there and the very friendly staff repaired my watch within 5 minutes! Plus, they literally only charged $10.00 for the repair, despite it being kind of an "emergency" thing and not possible for me to just leave it or wait around. I will definitely be using this jewelry store again and again! I am impressed that they do in-house repair. They purposely sent us up to their dirty little store so they could take the good stuff and replace it with junk. They don't "pick over" the pallets unless the tag says "salvage on it" the pallet you get is exactly how they got it. Salvage pallets are when they combine smaller pallets together. Eric is very open and honest- he even tells new folks to not gamble money on pallets if they can't afford to lose money. Oh, and there are signs all over that tell you this info along with the fact that all sales are final. Just because you don't read/comprehend isn't the stores fault.
