I went in there and tried to sale a Tool Chest that was in excellent condition, they said $35 dollars, Went somewhere else and sold it for $500 dollars. Wasn't the first visit, I had an emergency and had to sale an item which was an Ultra 2 Apple Watch new, they only gave me 250 dollars, I had no choice for medical reason. The tool chest event was October 2025, The watch was in 2023. They always go to the manager who throws you under a bus. (rips you off). Don't let the impression of the place fool you; very clean & people very customer service oriented, but they are ripping people off on value.

I've been ignored, walked away from mid conversation, and not called back about an order. All I use this place for now is an FFL dealer. They'll have my $35 transfer fee, fine. But they don't deserve anything more than that for the kind of service I've had (FROM BEHIND THE GUN COUNTER). That being said! Charlotte and Randy behind the main counter (who handled my FFL transfers) were incredibly professional, quick, attentive, and helpful. Got to me REALLY fast about my shipment arrival and got me in and out without any hassle whatsoever.
