They ruined my pave ering my resizing it and then had it remade entirely. A diamond fell out within an hour of me receiving it and on top of that the design does not match the matching wedding band that came with it anymore. Gave me attitude because I was unhappy with my rings and told me they'd already lost money on my rings despite the fact that it was due to their errors? I wouldn't recommend this place. Their selection was big and even if you can't find what you're looking for, they have plenty of catalogs to look through. They are so patient, knowledgeable, reasonable, and not pushy! Which is what I love about them. I found the perfect ring for my husband in a catalog. It arrived in two days at the store. My husband was also looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring, but did not want to get it from Kays where he originally got my engagement ring from. Kays wanted an outrageous amount for the matching wedding band for my ring. All I have to say is we found a wedding band for myself that looks exactly like the matching one at Kays it and was a MUCH better price and I like it so much better! They even resized it in two days! Brought in some silver coins, he said he would give me the best price. After 1 hour of telling me they weren't silver, were only 50% silver, and one was not real (but he'd buy it anyway) I walked out with less than 1/3 of what I should have recieved. I took pictures to a reputable coin dealer who said I had over 300 dollars in coins....the 'not real' one was a rare coin, worth almost 100 dollars.....he gave me 11. This guy knows coins, and knew he was ripping me off. DONT GO HERE. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. He actually admitted to me that the 'war eagle' jewelry was just crystal.......what else is 'just crystal' in this store? read more
