Royal flush, netted me €1600.00, thank you casino Barcelona!
    C D.

I had a nice time at this casino, so nice I almost missed out on visiting the city I came to see. During my visits I only played slots and and the table game Ultimate Texas Hold 'em, let's just say the slots were good to me and the table game were good to my bf. I walked in with €40 and walked out with nearly €2000! The place is clean and the people are nice and very friendly, smart dealers and I love their uniforms with bow ties.

No craps tables, rigged roulette tables, vibe was decent at least. Everyone needs to urge this establishment to embrace Craps

Oh no! No Craps and super weird rules on Roulette (high minimums on red/black and even odd to make the game with the worst odds even worse.

Hotel Arts Barcelona delivered one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. We've…read moretried other luxury hotels in the city, but this is far and away my favorite. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and genuinely caring. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome, but what touched us most was the kindness they showed after learning that I am a breast cancer survivor. Their thoughtfulness and a handwritten card made me feel incredibly special and reminded me that true luxury is found not only in beautiful surroundings, but in human kindness. Our room was spectacular. Every space...the bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom overlooked the Mediterranean Sea and the marina. Imagine waking up to the sparkling water each morning and watching the sailboats below - we did! It felt almost serene and surreal. I was super impressed they offer Dyson as the in-room hair dryer - that is such a nice touch! A little history...Hotel Arts was built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and quickly became one of the city's defining landmarks. Its name comes from the hotel's original vision of integrating contemporary art into the guest experience. Over the years, it has become known not only for luxury and service, but also for its impressive collection of modern art and its iconic seaside location. Without question, a five-star experience in every sense of the word. I cannot wait to return.

Due to an unreasonably long delay with a food order at the pool--which we ultimately had to cancel ourselves--and an overcrowded reception area where the check-out line filled the entire lobby, our departure felt rushed and chaotic. In the midst of this, I accidentally left a valuable ring in the room. I called the hotel within an hour of leaving, was told housekeeping hadn't yet entered the room, and gave the exact location where the ring had been left. Despite this, I was later informed it was not found. What followed was an unacceptably slow and disorganized response. The official lost item report form wasn't sent until several hours later--and only after my husband, who is Spanish, called on my behalf. The investigation didn't begin until the following day, by which time a full staff shift had already turned over. While they claimed to have searched staff belongings, which to me seemed to acknowledge the possibility of theft, it's unclear what that could have accomplished over 15 hours later. The entire process lacked urgency, transparency, and accountability, which left me deeply disappointed. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism from a hotel of this caliber.

The issue I had was with the woman at the front desk Thursday evening around 6:00. She was very abrupt and impatient when I asked her to change a 10 euro for 10 coins. She snaped I only have a 5 euro and 5 coins! I told her I needed the change for tipping. She repeated the same thing abruptly. Ok, I understood that but to snap back at a customer is unacceptable! I just walked away and thanked her. She was at the front desk with another gentleman who I wished I had asked instead of her. After my stay here I would not return. I spent a lot of money here and can't justify putting up with a bad attitude. The lift is really slow so if you're in a hurry it will test your patience! When I was checking out the guy at the front desk on Tuesday morning at 5:00 was very unprofessional to say the least. I was in a hurry because the lift was so darn slow and my ride was waiting early. So, I proceeded to give him the keys and told him I was checking out. He said you need to pay for breakfast. I did. Then I told him again I had to go! He raised his voice at me. I told him he was unprofessional. He said, you're unprofessional. I told him I was going to do a review. He didn't care. I told him to shut up! He said, ya ya!

The Barcelona boqueria is, in my opinion, the best market in Europe, within a two minute walk of Hotel Turin, on a quiet, safe street. They hotel room had its own thermostat, to adjust to your preferred temperature, which was necessary on the very cold night that I was there, the room was simple, but adequate, the bed was comfortable in the hotel was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was very very good, with a large selection of fresh fruits, breakfast meats and cheeses, cereal, eggs, breakfast meats, and home cooked breads and pastries. Highly recommended. Quite reasonably priced for the excellent location. The safe in my room did not work, and there was no plug in the bathtub to take a bath. I had to take a shower. However, I imagine a phone call to the front desk could have fixed both of these issues. I simply didn't have time to make the call.
