I received an email confirming my payment was made and was told "to reach out" with any further questions. I reached out on the Friday before my Sunday event to confirm time of delivery and never heard back that day. I then received a voicemail Saturday morning confirming a 9:30am delivery (party start time was 11:00am). The day of my event, I called the number that left a voicemail at 9:45 asking for an update on the delivery drop off as they were already :15 late. The woman I spoke with said she would contact the driver and get back to me. I then continued to follow up via phone multiple times for the next :45 minutes and was continuously sent to voicemail. A delivery driver arrived at my house at 10:30 - an hour past confirmed delivery and :30 until my party was to start. The driver informed me that the rentals would just be stacked as I did not pay for the setup fee and looked put out when I pointed out that one of the chairs was extremely dirty and needed to be wiped down. I understand that this was most likely a small order in comparison to some rentals for this company but the stress and anxiety this caused for me as a host was unacceptable and to have zero contact with corporate as to why my rentals were an hour late is unacceptable. I will never be using DPR again and will actively be letting my network know they are unreliable and have poor customer service.

She was a sweet as her treats ;) She was very patient and help guide my daughter into designing her dream cake. We also decided to order treats from her to add to our fruit and snacks table. Not only were her treats insanely cute but they were good and the first thing to go!!! She was so sweet as to even set the treats table up for us. Now to the best part, the hosts with the most MC Edwin Prietol and Dj Maxter! These two kept my crowd entertained the entire evening! @Djmaxter2k12 contacted me ahead of time to make sure he understood the assignment and he delivered! He had the crowd moving all night! He helped me with sparklers, the "on the clouds" package, and the robot that highlighted our special moments. @Edwinprietol was an amazing MC! He interacted with my crowd, cracked jokes, and made sure he helped guide me thru the evening and keep me on track! I even had some guest message me the day after the event to ask me, who these guys were! My guest had such great feedback but most importantly I truly enjoyed every single bit of my experience with Luxor Banquet Hall. 10/10 recommendation!

It's not a super spacious play area, but seriously has all the fun essentials neatly packed together. Let's talk about what they have in store for the kiddos. You have to climb up first to get to the slides. The slides are the perfect length for toddlers! I know some slides that I have encountered are super high up, risking the kiddos bumping their heads if they are going down solo. There was a ride on toy car, rock climbing wall, ball pit, stuff animals, target shopping area, puzzles, etc. Let's just say it was the perfect size for my toddler to run around without me worrying. I was able to keep my eyes on him while carrying a conversation. Most importantly, they keep the place so clean. You can tell when a location is not worn down based on the cleanliness of the mats and colorful padding. The weekend is a popular time for others to reserve birthday parties. Make sure to check their website to see what the hours are open play for the day. For example, today open play was from 9-11am and 5:30 to 9pm.
