Having attended 4 parties I think I have a good opinion of this place. It's a nice facility with good quality props and birthday decor. The staff depends on the party chosen. The themes range from Frozen to Mickey Mouse to Pirates & Princesses. Certain parties are an up charge of $150. Speaking of prices, it should be mentioned that this place isn't cheap. This is a 'get what you pay for' situation. Spending $800+ on a party here wouldn't be surprising. We just had our daughter's 3 year old birthday celebration at KKP. It was the best! They are super organized and great communication and quick response to any questions you have during planning. On the day of the party, they are organized and follow the schedule and lots of different games and activities to keep the fun going for the kids. We had Elsa came in and she was the best Elsa! She looks like Elsa always in character and play games, sing songs, cut cake and sing happy birthday with our daughter and she even crowned her to be princess at the end! All our guests had so much fun and this definitely made our daughter's day to remember! We highly recommend them and will come back again! read more

My daughter had her 3rd birthday party here. Frozen theme, but of course! The process went so smoothly from the first walk through, to the meeting to finalize your picks for the party. It's an a la cart type place. You can go from pretty simple (but it's not just simple) to going all completely out if the budget allows. Very nice owners and happy I made this decision for a memorable 3rd birthday. The work they put in on the details was amazing. We had our son's 4th birthday party back in September. My Husband was in charge this year to pick a venue. He chose KKP because it's an "all-inclusive" concept. That really was important to him because he didn't want me all stressing .They can pretty much handle everything. Essentially , on the day of, the birthday child just shows up, no stress on the parent. Basic package starts at $375 but you can add on as many thing as your heart desires, you just need to pay the $$$. I met with Neeta, the owner to discuss all the upgrades. and to select party favors... I knew right off the bat, I would be spending quite a bit money because of the # of kids we were gonna have. (35 kids) Options are great, they have anything you can think of, magic show, pony rides, trackless trains,,,,, The basic package is only for 12 kids and 1 birthday child, and you get one host to play games with everyone. We didn't mind paying for the extra kid, but I also learn that they have a total max 50 head count in the cake room, so I had to pay extra$ to get the other room setup- I totally understand. We added face paint, balloon animal, photographer. And because the size of our party, we ended up with 4 hosts(Mandatory per my contract) and we also extend the party by 30 mins. Long story short, we had the party, the party went great with a few hiccups (I had to ask for party host to please bring water out for our guest, everyone was asking for water) they immediately started to bring buckets filled with iced water bottles. All the hosts were entertaining the kids related to the race car theme.They even got to go outside to the courts yard to play "red light, green light: That was a good touch because it gave the kids to go out and just run around have fun. Neeta and her husband was our party coordinators, and they were definitely very responsive to any needs we had, another example was not having enough chairs in that extra room they setup for the adults.They got right on that. During the cake cutting time, I told them to save the red velvet part for us--sadly that didn't happen :(But they did wrapped the rest of the cake for us to take home. One other annoying thing that happen is that they didn't give us our cake topper( the famous hand sculpted lightling Mcqeen made out of rice krispie treats( so i made an extra trip back to pick it up)Than we found out all the 2 custom made cookie pop boxes was also not returned to us--not getting these things back right away was kinda bummer. When I called, the owner offered to personally deliver them since this is the second time. Overall, I think if you have a group of 12 kids for sure and less than 50 in you party-this is the place you might want to consider With package starting at $375 is really not bad. But if you are like us, have lot of kids, lots of adults, and did all the upgrades like "extend the party 30 mins", add face paint , photographer, bringing outside food (extra$), because I didn't used their cake vendor. I honestly have to say we spent $$$ on this party. But because my son is so happy with all his friends. And all the guest said they really enjoyed the party....we think it is money well spend. Military Drill for the kids ... When we first entered this place to attend a birthday party - at the entrance there was this guy in TShirt and Shorts who had a cold look on his face, asked us to fill in forms (disclaimer ...) asked us to give the Gift and enter the party room. The Party room was relatively small for the number of people in the part and it was oddly shaped (kind of L-shaped) instead of being a big room. The entertainers were in a rush - it seemed like someone had put a gun on their head and asked them to get the show over in 90 minutes. The kids were hurriedly ushered in from one part of the L shaped room to other part of the room where they conducted some 3-4 activities - they were so rushed that the kids did not seem to enjoy any of them. There were some smiles and excitement once in a way, but would soon go away when interrupted to start another activity. Then came the food & cake cutting part.... Wait - there is a military drill and a formation before we go into the lunch room (all this for 2-5 yr olds): (1) No touching of any decorations (2) Everyone has to be seated to receive the gifts (3) .... blah blah blah... Wow, even as an adult, I would find it very hard to control myself if someone places a beautiful gadget in front of me and asks me not to touch it. Come'on guys, Kids come here to enjoy the party - not for a military drill - have some common sense. Then in the Lunch room - we were allowed to quickly gobble our pizzas, cakes and ice cream in 30 minutes and then ' kids the party has come to an end and we have to leave now '.... The owner of the place literally opened the door without a smile as if she wanted to force everyone out of the room. Then my daughter asks for a balloon (she loves them) - I approach this overgrown Dora girl for a balloon : reply is that 'Sorry we do not give balloons out' - gimme a break - you do not give a balloon worth 10 cents. Just one balloon would have put such a smile on my daughter's face - I can never forgive you guys for that. We came to the party for my daughter to have fun - not to be disciplined - we have enough of it in our home and school. I did not want to say anything to my party host - he is super nice guy and good friend of mine. But venting my frustration online. Pls avoid this place for your kids party. read more

Kreative Kidz Partyz is utopia for birthday parties - for the kids AND the moms. It was so easy for me to just call, make an appointment, pick out the theme, party favors, cake, pizza and decorations in one 30 minute meeting, and then show up on the day of the party. My daughter LOVED the princess and knight theme. The hosts were dressed perfectly - my daughter clung to Cinderella throughout the entire party. The hosts are young and energetic, and they play age appropriate games with the kids. My daughter definitely felt like the princess, and the other kids felt included the entire time. KKP provided me with everything, right down to invitations, goodie bags and thank you cards. Everything was customized, and we had the entire facility to ourselves. It was great for the kids to get to jump around in the bounce house before they got dressed, and they loved playing dress up with the make up and tattoos and princess gowns. She even offered professional photographers, carriage rides and caterers if I wanted them. The owners and staff are really kind and professional, and they made it so easy for me to plan this party. I like my children's parties to be detailed and special, and having my daughters party at KKP was like having it at home, but without the headache of planning. I literally just had to show up! I found this place online and thought I'd give it a try for my daughters 7th birthday party. She's obsessed with Frozen (Disney) this year. The experience was beyond amazing! They all made my birthday girl feel so special! The hosts (dressed up as Disney characters) engaged with all the kids in every activity. The way they treated the kids was genuine like they love what they do and happy to interact with kids! It was truly all about the kids having fun! The prices are extremely reasonable especially when it's all perfectly planned out and set up for you. Stress free the entire party!! This is an excellent party venue. Very professional service & super clean facility. The kids had a really great time with all of the activities. There was a bounce house, party games, theme specific decorations & costumes, a bubble machine, face painting, pizza, cake and party favors. The party hosts matched the theme perfectly and led the kids through all the activities. This is definitely an easy way to throw a great party. I'm late making this review from our 3yo daughter's party in March. Theme was Princesses and Knights for the perfect 10:30am time slot (all the kids got home in time for their nap after the party). The kids had a blast! The convenience of having the awesome KKP staff handle the details is worth the price. Our daughter's fav princess is Belle - they went above and beyond to make sure Belle was the primary princess in the decor & one of the two staff party hosts. We ordered the pizza, drinks, cake, cupcakes through KKP. All was delicious and the cake/cupcakes were pretty. The jump house entry "station" was perfect while we had the guests trickle in before the party games got started. The 2 party hosts were sweet (high school girls) and kept the kids busy with hand tattoos, games and reading a story. The party did not feel rushed. 1.5hrs is perfect for this age group. We had multiple parents tell us they were stealing our idea to have their party at KKP. Our daughter and her little friends still talk about the party and play with their party favor toys. Being a fulltime working mother of young children with a passion of throwing birthday parties for my children that are (1) kid-friendly (2) fun (3) all inclusive and (4) filled with perfect details. I searched for a venue that would meet my expectations. Kreative Kidz Partyz in West Plano exceeded my expectations. They offer an array of birthday themes; the staff (from the front desk receptionist to the owner, Neeta) is very organized, professional, well mannered, detail oriented, and kind people. The customer service I received was outstanding. The staff call/email in advance to help you make the necessary arrangements in preparation for the party. On the day of the party, I arrived with children in tow, the staff asked for my car keys and helped unload the additional party articles I brought from home. At the end of the party, before I was done with the checkout process, all my personal belongings, leftover party articles, and birthday gifts were already packed in my car and ready to go. The birthday cake from their baker was well decorated, tasty, and affordable. The hosts successfully kept our large group of party mates engaged and entertained. We had a blast! From start to finish, this place is all about the profits. I had my son's 6th birthday party here, and I was really underwhelmed. The staff was meh, but the kids seemed to have fun. So, thus the one star. But then I got into an argument with the party coordinator because I ran out of pizza plates and she would NOT serve the pizza to the adults with napkins because "it would look bad for our business." What?!? I am the one paying $600 for this party! Finally, she brought the pizza out with the cake plates around 10 minutes before we had to leave. I was mortified. Adults were scrambling to get pizza and they just ate it out of their hands anyways. We are parents! We are used to this. Finally, the last straw was when I was settling the bill and there were charges on there that should not have been. I brought this to their attention, and they basically said, "Oh, let me check. Oh yes, you are right. Let me get a new bill." Overall Terrible staff experience! read more

An awesome kids party place, no doubt. What about the "customer service" when trying to schedule? I emailed on 5/1 to confirm availability of a date/time, but got no reply. So I called and spoke to the manager the morning of 5/02, and was informed the date/time I wanted was available. I told her I will pay the deposit when I come in that afternoon to tour the facility. I get there after a 1.5 hr drive in traffic to be told "sorry that time slot is now gone" with a huge smile on her face... And her only response to me was "Oh and we did reply to your email". So, obviously she was upset over me claiming I didn't get a response to my email request. Who does that???? I think she lied about the time slot being taken, and was over all a very nasty person!! Very very bad way to do business. She didn't even make an attempt to apologize. All it takes is one terrible employee to make a business look bad! While trying to come up with a creative birthday party to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday we set out to find a private venue where the kiddos could run freely and parents could relax without worrying about where their child was or who they were interacting with. I found this place online and stopped in for a visit! There was another party about to start but the staff there were very friendly and inviting. Upon entering, we were greeted with a fresh clean aroma to match the pristine presentation of this establishment! It wasn't until we booked our Princess and Pirates themed date I had the pleasurable experience of their professionalism, thoroughness, and impeccable planning process. The contract was explained in detail and every detail was clear. We arrived a little early thinking we needed to "set up" ...Oh no! We brought in our cake, drinks, and arranged for pizza delivery. The gracious staff took our things, asked us for a few details about how we wanted candles arranged on the cake but otherwise, we were told "we'll take care of it" and they certainly did!!! Unfortunately, my planning wasn't as "impeccable!" If you've ever planned a scheduled party, you know there are bound to be some late comers. So I asked our guest to arrive at 4pm for a 4:30pm party. ALL of our guest arrived on time... that has never happened!!! No worries, because Mrs. Neeta and her gracious staff went out of their way to accommodate by allowing our party to start 20 minutes earlier!! Our daughter and her friends had an amazing time with the delightful character hostess. They kept all of the children engaged in every activity. The kiddo's and their parents had a wonderful time. We added on the face painter, Sparkle, who was awesome! Some of the adults even treated themselves to some facial art!!! The event was well planned and very organized. Our daughter raved about her party all night. According to her it was the "best birthday she'd ever had" ...she's turning 4!!!! However, we are raising a genius.... She was absolutely correct!!! With the variety of add on party features they offer, we can have her party there from now until her 18th and be assured it would be the most memorable party ever!!!
