Today I had the pleasure of meeting Grace Caskey when she facilitated the CPR & AED course for my office. Working with Grace over the last week was such a pleasure, she made it very easy to communicate and responded the same day with emails or phone calls. Payment When submitting payment, she provided multiple options to accommodate the best and fastest process for you. As would any office we had a few additional adds to our original 13 count, and she was completely understanding and to welcome the other 3 attendees. Planning I connected with her two days before her arrival to find out how we could accommodate her at our location. She shared her needs for the presentation and the space that she would require. We chose one of our larger areas in our office, which I recommend particularly if you have a large attending team as we did. I also mentioned to her that we would be feeding our team during the training and she was completely ok with that. Arrival She arrived on time allowing herself plenty of time to set up and promptly began the course. I was pleased when she shared that she looked into the traffic pattern herself before arriving to allow enough time. Sometimes vendors will ask how long the travel time will be from their location to our office. Most times I'm unsure with the various traffic patterns. So, I appreciated it greatly that she looked into this herself. Class Everyone in my office was very pleased with the way Grace taught the class. She made it extremely fun, involving and allowed everyone to ask endless questions. We liked that she provided us with quick notes already typed up, this was a huge plus! The notes allowed us to focus on the class more and if we needed to step away for a business call, we could do so. Every two years i look forward to meeting up with Grace again to get certified for the CPR/ First Aid Course. I can count on - not only tons of informative material; but her real life experiences. She makes the course fun, entertaining; and of course- hands on. The hours go by quick and you walk out of there feeling confident knowing that you could SAVE a life. She makes it REAL (and her southern charm adds a bit of fun, light hearted humor). Grace was an incredibly passionate and fun trainer. She whipped through the material in the few hours we had (I took an Adult First Aid and CPR certification class) but it did seem like we could have spent 3 days covering everything. But it was great and we had lots of material to take home and review with more time if we wanted to. I needed to get my CPR certification so I would be able to sit for my personal trainer exam and Caskey CPR was one of the websites I came across. At first I was hesitate to sign up but I sent a text to the phone number provided and received instant feedback on the class and the certification. Grace was absolutely pleasant and she made the class fun. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor, especially going after work from 6-11 (I wasn't there until 11)! If you want someone who is NOT monotone, straight forward & knows the information I TOTALLY recommend Grace. If I need to take future classes, Grace will be my to-go person for certification.
