Sticking people into contracts when you are not holding your end of the deal is not the right thing to do. Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. He further told me that he wouldn't take care of flying ants and that I should "spray them myself," which is completely unreasonable. I intend to cancel my contract, but the company still wants to charge a cancellation fee -- even though they failed to deliver the promised service.
