I texted again the next day, still no response. Evidently they are as afraid of yellow jackets as I am. Why not just tell me "NO" and not waste my time by ghosting me? No way to run a business, maybe you will have better luck. UPDATE: I discovered that I incorrectly entered my cell phone # when I submitted the work request form, so they were unable to contact me. The staff has been very professional and timely since the contact info has been correcterd.
