We recently purchased our second set of adjustable beds from them for a second apartment we have in Chicago. My husband has a walking disability and neither of us would be considered young! We love the twin adjustable beds set up next to each other. These guys really want you to sleep well and be satisfied with their product. Matt suggested the beds, sheets, mattress covers, duvet and coverlet, and pillows to complete the set up. The whole thing was delivered and set up for us the day before our arrival. Also, in store mattresses have confusing branding, so a Stearns and Foster at one store has a different brand name somewhere else. Sleepare is a showroom for many online brands and you can go there by appointment only. When you make the appointment, you can indicate what mattress brands you are interested in, and what kind of sleeper you are (side, stomach, back). When we arrived, we had Nigora's undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and made some great suggestions based on our sleep habits (we are a side / back couple!). She followed up with an email later that day so we can ask further questions or come back for another try. BONUS: They have a small parking lot next to the store!

We were moving so when the first box was delivered without the promised tracking number we reached out to SleePare and were provided with tracking numbers for all the boxes (parts) including the already delivered box. We were quite happy at this point as everything was scheduled to deliver much earlier than mentioned in the show room. This is where things take a crazy turn though. We get the headboard 7/22, the mattresses (two twins since split king) and two adjustable bases (7/23) without issues. So we almost have a complete bed. We are tracking the final piece when we see it turn away from our house (FL) and return to the shipper (SC). We immediately reach out to customer service (7/24) as FedEx tracking had not been updated to tell us why. It is later told via FedEx that the box was damaged in shipping. So I follow-up with customer service (7/24) and then I follow-up again (7/30). I get an answer that we will be notified when the replacement is shipped (7/31 originally). Well that was 14 days ago and all the promised tracking information is never provided (promised again 8/8; 8/11; 8/13; & 8/14). I have called regularly and emailed. I even chatted with an AI bot on their website. The crazy thing is somehow in this process they shipped us a second headboard (8/12) but we are still missing the foundation to the bed. How do you sleep on a brand new bed without the foundation. We are still in process on this order as I am after the third promise still awaiting tracking of this foundation that may or may not have been sent at this point. Therefore, the best I can say is buyer beware you are about to invest a very large amount of money to chase your pieces and parts and hopefully end up with a complete bed. UPDATE: After posting this review we received a communication from the NY office who began the process of assisting us. We worked with Bruce who updated us with the status, tracking numbers and kept us in the loop as the company provided the missing portion of the bed that was returned to the distributor. We received the last part of our bed yesterday 8/24 and were given a very small refund considering the total price and they will be shipping some bedding for our complications. We appreciate Bruce stepping in to assist us and solve the problem. He did a great job. After 32 days post the original parts we will be sleeping on our new bed. Thank you, Bruce.
