On 12/26/2023, I went and picked up a check at my credit union. The next day I left home at 4am, and arrived at the dealership around 8:45 am. The car was just as my sister said and more. Larry, the salesman was extremely helpful, and the paper work was completed in less than ten minutes, including the Alabama taxes and tag, which meant I didn't have to come out of pocket at home. Simply put, everything was as described and the transaction was seamless. I told Larry after the deal was done, that I sold cars at home for over 20 years after I retired from the air force in 1993, and didn't beat him up on the price, because it was fair from the beginning. Nothing is perfect, and neither is a 16 year old car, BUT, my technician charged me nothing to reset the heads up display as well as a couple of minor resets. I say this only to attest the quality of this car. When he opened the hatch, there was a SECOND targa top in there. Anyway, it's hard to please everyone, but they pleased me, and that's what matters. If you buy a car here, and you have a problem, before you post a nasty gram review, give them a chance to make it right. That's the way you get results. Just my opinion. I retired again, in 2019 when an 18 wheeler collided with my 2007 Vette on the interstate, and it took me 4 years to decide to replace it. Be safe America, and the rest will work itself out.

I swear they bent over backwards to get me in that Jeep. I was upside down in my old car, but they were still able to get me in a price range that didn't make me cringe...too much (I'm cheap). All jokes aside, I've gotten vehicles from other places in the past, but can assure you that I will never again get a vehicle unless it comes from a Cass Burch lot. When my husband called and was connected with the service department, he asked the receptionist for an appointment to come in the same day within two hours when we would be arriving in Valdosta. She ended up kindly giving us a time to come in and told us to ask for our service rep Antonio. When we pulled up there were a few cars in the check in queue as it was a busy day at the dealer. After about 15 minutes, Antonio got us checked in. Before an hour passed, Antonio came to us in the waiting area to inform us that the problem had been identified by the service tech as an object from the road having made a hole in the AC condenser... not good news, fortunately thanks to Antonio and team... this will be fix by Friday hopefully by mid day...And one observation, there are a lot of employees at this dealer in some areas seemingly hanging around not doing anything. Is there possibility some connection between this and the two star rating? My husband and I spent the first fifteen minutes looking closely at a brand new 2025 4Runner Limited, sitting in it, looking at the sticker and not one sales representative ever approached us even to say hello or how we were doing. Things that make you go hmmm. This a high 3.75 rating for customer service.

Knowing that this didn't sound right did some calling around to other shops then we called the Tallahassee Ford dealer ship and told them the story . well long story short other dealerships said this was not correct Fidelity insurance is owned by Ford as well apparently . So they was just trying to scam to get there commissions off sold parts ... what they told me was illegal you have to honor all warranty's I will not be doing business there and don't recommend them to anyone . Tallahassee Ford will now get my business and timberland just missed out on a new car sell as well

The problem was when he took the car to the service dept to be detailed. We waited and waited Mr Hood was going back to the service dept and coming back. I could see he was getting frustrated. Finally, the car came out. Well, we opened the rear door to find mud all around the inside. Mr. hood went and got a rag to clean it off. Then we went to the front of the car and well there was a scuff on the hood of the car, and you can see whatever was dropped onto it also dropped onto the front bumper. The inside of the car at the console was all fingerprints. We left and was told not to do a bad review because that is how they get their pay. So, I am supposed to lie? Harrold was also very polite. Everyone up front was nice. Now I get a bill from Allstate, and they had a Honda Civic and a completely wrong vin. So yesterday I phoned Harrold with no call back. Now today I also called with no call back. I finally was able to get through your manager Scott. Well, he was very belligerent and said to me they only made a mistake on the vin. I said sir I am concerned that my car paperwork is mixed up with the Civic. Scott was belligerent again. I asked him if he thought I was mn and he stated that if I wanted to start this conversation over, I could call back. Very Very rude. I am a concerned customer and never got an answer. Is my paperwork mixed up with the owner of the civic? In closing I have been self-employed for most of my life. I would have never been business with a bad attitude. Compared to other places I've dealt with which did sub-par work, had massive delays, or impossible schedules Stallings has always been able to see my vehicle quickly, and do highest-quality work with great turnaround. If you are in the greater Tallahassee-Thomasville area and need service on your Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Stallings highly enough. Only caveat is as of this review, they do not have any EV-certified techs so they cannot work on any EV or hybrids, but they are apparently in the process of getting one of their people certified so hopefully in the near future that will pan out.
