He started yelling at us for small things once we paid Earnest Money. He worked as a Seller's agent rather than my agent. We asked him to get the house cleaned as my kid has pet allergy, and previous owners had dogs. But nothing was done. We got just one key for the house and we had to replace lock for main door and garage as my agent was not aware of the keys and did not ask owners for it.
