This is the fourth major reception that we have hosted and by far the banquet staff was the best we have encountered. Honest, east to work with, and transparent are three phrases that describe them. They took the stress out of the wedding so we were able to enjoy the day! Location--just off of Exit 8 of the NJ Turnpike. Rooms--very clean and modern. Food--plentiful, perfectly cooked and well presented. Servers--professional and willing to accommodate all requests. We received many compliments from our guests about the venue. The other two vendors that we hired (photographer and DJ) both said this was one of the best venues they have seen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you consider this facility for your next affairQ

I had my reception at the Windsor Ballroom and I can tell you that it was only the third place we…read morelooked at and we booked that same day. Do not be put off by the outside area which looks very run of the mill Holiday Inn. The ballroom is very nice, the cocktail hour is held at a very spacious area and more importantly for us....they dancefloor is ginormous! Unless you come here for a wedding, I don't think you get the scope of how beautiful the ballroom can turn out. Tara and her team did so much to help us with price, decor and lighting which made the place really come alive. Cocktail Hour: We did a Jersey Shore table during cocktail hour which everyone raved (especially the kids). The servers were excellent, kept coming by with trays of food and very attentive to guests needs. MOST IMPORTANTLY the maitre'd was PHENOMENAL!! He greeted me as soon as I stepped foot on the premises and literally ran around helping me fix a dress issue I had, got me a cocktail to relax and had another server bring me food so I wouldn't pass out. Food: The food is was all so delicious! We picked the baked chicken and the crab stuffed fish and people all loved it. We added dessert trays at the end were filled with these ginormous chocolate covered strawberries and endless crispy pastries, at first I thought I wouldn't need it, but our cake turned out to not be that good, so it really helped. Decor: They can include everything from centerpieces, table numbers, tea lights an envelope cage AND YOUR WEDDING CAKE as part of your package. As a bride that wanted to spend a month-long honeymoon in Europe INSTEAD of centerpieces, this was a huge selling point. Service: I can not say enough about the amazing service I received from the Windsor Ballroom. I have a very demanding job and kept forgetting about due dates for deposits, guests counts and basically everything important....and they were all so patient with me, accommodating to my schedule and really always taking that extra step to make sure I felt at ease. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service from a place. Granted, I have never been married before, but I have heard horror stories, and to be quite honest, I assumed because this is not a super expensive place I was going to get just mediocre service. Hotel accommodations: My husband family was coming from Philadelphia and mine was coming from North Jersey so this was literally the best midpoint. On top of that, it was phenomenal knowing that everyone could enjoy the open bar and safely just walk to their room. We were given a Luxury suite for free for our wedding night and had a discounted price for our guests to stay. As we walked in they had a bottle of champagne, 2 slices of wedding cake, chocolate covered strawberries and a cookie shaped like a wedding cake that said congratulations Mr & Mrs Arellano. It really was such a sweet and personalized touch. Breakfast: The couple enjoys brunch for free the next day ($15 pp), this was a nice touch, we had another mini reception in the morning with everyone walking in tending to their hangover together. The food was excellent and it is also held in the Irish Pub right on the premises, so no need to check out early. I have been raving about this place to all my friends and plan on booking many future events here as well. THANK YOU Windsor ballroom for such an amazingggg wedding experience.

We had a "western" style wedding and I worked with Ula at Paris (she speaks both English and…read moremultiple dialects of Chinese). She was extremely helpful and responsive every single step of the way. Without her, I don't think I would have gotten everything together. I did not do a package, instead I rented a wedding dress, a mandarin qipao, hired a make up artist, MC, and DJ through Paris; and when our old decorator pulled out at the last minute, Ula eased the stress with a new recommendation 1 month away. 1. Dress selection is limited, and it did cost more than I expected to rent, but I don't regret not needing to have to store a giant dress in my tiny Manhattan apartment. The seamstress was very nice to work with, though I think she only speaks Chinese. 2. Make up artist was Crystal! She was so great. She traveled all the way up to Morningside Heights with her giant suitcase and did a phenomenal job. My schedule is difficult and Ula was able to work with me to secure a make up trial with Crystal a couple months before the wedding. It was extremely helpful to have a make up trial beforehand, so I do recommend it, even if it costs more. 3. JJ was my MC and I had a couple of guests come up to me to tell me how great she was going in between English and Mandarin. My friends speaks english but family members do not, so hiring JJ was such a win. She called us a month before and planned out an itinerary, which we ended up not following the day of, but she was able to play it by ear and made the night very fun. 4. DJ was James Vincent, who knew how to work the crowd. Lots of dancing, which was what we wanted. So overall, it was a great experience having a one- stop shop for all of our extra-venue vendors. I did not use their photographer/videographers since I had a recommendation from a friend (I wanted to be able to work with the same photographer for our engagement shoot and our wedding day-- so that they get to know you). Highly recommend.

When we started planning our wedding, we had a clear vision. We knew we had the ability to handle…read moremany details ourselves. Still, we made the decision to bring in an expert to elevate our ideas and bring them to life the right way. After attending a wedding expo, we felt overwhelmed. We interviewed several planners. From our first meeting, Stacey removed every fear we had. She listened carefully. She understood our vision. She gave us structure, direction, and confidence from day one. For a full year, Stacey and her team guided us through every step. She managed everything. From our stationery to the napkins. From the overall theme to the décor with the florist. She coordinated vendors, negotiated contracts, and kept every moving part aligned. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was late. Every detail landed exactly when it needed to. She saved us money. She saved us time. She eliminated stress. I am someone who likes control. It was hard for me to hand the reins over to someone else. But it was extremely liberating to watch an experienced professional take charge. I stopped worrying about logistics. I started enjoying the process. That shift changed everything for us. Our wedding was one week after Christmas. While most people were still in holiday mode, Stacey was in constant communication with vendors. She stayed ahead of issues we did not even know existed. She protected the timeline and kept everything moving. During wedding week, Stacey and her team went above and beyond. They showed up early. They followed through. They anticipated needs before anyone had to ask. On the wedding day, everything ran like a Swiss watch. The timing was precise. The transitions were seamless. We were able to stay present and enjoy every moment because Stacey was executing behind the scenes. We feel blessed to have had Stacey guide us through this journey. She became more than our planner. She became a true friend, and she will remain one. If you are feeling overwhelmed like we once did, trust Stacey. She has the experience, the network, and the leadership to deliver at the highest level. We wish Stacey and her team nothing but continued success. Love, Melissa & Duff

Very disappointed with lack of communication, lack of details and professionalism…read more I attempted to rate this company in 2021, but Stacy deleted it, so hopefully this review will stick. We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. The planner at your venue is all you need. Don't waste your money .
