We saw Posh Kreations work their magic first hand at the first wedding that they planned. We knew then that this was the team we wanted to help plan our wedding when the time came. Fast forward to 2020 and we found ourselves, like many other couples, trying to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic. We had to change our plans multiple times with the ever changing restrictions put into place regarding gatherings. With all these things happening, Posh Kreations worked tirelessly with us every step of the way to make sure that we would still have the best and most memorable day possible! The original plan was to have 500+ guests in an indoor space, which we had to change to 100 guests with an outdoor venue as per restrictions. Seena and Kara did an amazing job (and we mean AMAZING!) with keeping in contact with vendors and making sure that all details were accounted for even with last minute changes. They were always punctual for phone calls and Zoom meetings and made sure that we were getting things done in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, Seena, Kara, Lindsay, Jenson and Lovey proved to be the dream team! They took all measures to promote social distancing and safety, including wearing masks and carrying around hand sanitizers. They stuck to the schedule to make sure that we weren't falling behind on time. While we were being shuttled back and forth between outfit changes and taking pictures, our wonderful planners followed us with a plate of food to make sure that we got a few bites to eat and stayed hydrated during the evening. Our guests took notice of how efficient our planners were during the whole day. Our families were also very impressed! My husband and I are generally very hands on with planning and had every intention to be so with planning our wedding. When we saw how hard working, efficient and organized Seena and Kara were, we couldn't have been happier and knew we made the right choice! It's hard to know where to start when describing how great Seena, Kara, and the entire Posh Kreations team are. They worked tirelessly throughout the wedding planning process to help create a perfect wedding ceremony that was exactly what we had hoped for. From the initial consultation meeting, Seena and Kara asked thoughtful questions to get a sense of our style, preferences, and vision for the day. Our wedding was unique in that it blended elements of the Hindu and Christian traditions in a single ceremony. Even though they hadn't participated in a similar ceremony, they were enthusiastic and excited to help make our vision a reality. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and meticulously organized in the months leading up to the wedding, giving us detailed (but manageable) checklists to complete on a monthly basis. We were married in May 2021, when COVID guidelines were constantly changing in terms of the number of people that could attend the ceremony, how many people could sit at each table, which events could be indoors vs. outdoors, etc. Seena and Kara handled this uncertainty with grace and good humor. They literally planned not one but THREE different wedding scenarios for us based upon what the guidelines might look like on our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, it was a great relief to have the entire Posh Kreations team to help coordinate a multitude of vendors, venue staff, and friends/family members to ensure that everything was on time and went smoothly. The Posh team worked my wedding in April 2025 and my wife and I had an incredible experience with them. They were so responsive prior to the wedding any time we had questions and handled so much of the vendor communication - this gave us a peace of mind knowing they were on top of it heading into the wedding. And then the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond. Seena, Kara, and the rest of their team were on top of everything and had the ceremonies ahead of schedule. Typically we see Indian weddings behind schedule 15-30min but their prep and execution had us 15-30 ahead of schedule. Their coordination with the vendors had everyone where they needed to be. We experienced zero issues that whole weekend and it went perfectly thanks to them. During the reception and cocktail hour they help us with outfit changes and got us drinks. Even after the reception was ending, they knew my wife and I had not eaten and packed us to go containers of all the food. That was something they didn't have to do but did and it was so kind of them. We hired Posh Kreations for full planning and coordination services for our 300 guest wedding in November 2021. We had the most amazing experience, from the first call to the weeks after our wedding. The team at Posh, led by Seena and Kara, went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process, from helping find vendors and negotiating contracts to helping troubleshoot issues that inevitably occur throughout the wedding planning process.
