When the food came to the table there were a few things wrong with the accuracy ("white toast, no butter" was buttered. By that time the eggs were half eaten by my table-mate so they would not just get cold. By the time I got my toast without butter my eggs had gotten cold. The rest of the food was as expected. We've been there many times before and the service is always the same - subpar. The dinner prices are a little expensive for the area, I find. There is not a lot of competition in the area for places to eat out so I'm sure that is to their advantage.
