Wow! really impressed by how effortless the City of Casselberry has made it for folks living in its…read morearea to work with the municipal authorities. First of all, there was easy and convenient parking and then great signage for the walkway leading to the main building. Once inside, I was straightaway guided to the staff member I needed to talk to, she told me which forms to fill out and my business was concluded in 15 minutes. Situated behind the Municipal building, I spotted a lovely lake with a pathway to rival Crane's Roost Park in Altamonte Springs, but this looked way more charming and green. I didn't have time to check this area in detail on this visit, but there was signage about an upcoming Jazz Fest, and so hope will be able to come to that and check out the locale more in depth then. Okay, am ending this review on a trivia note: The most famous person to have lived in the City of Casselberry has to be Hedy Lamarr, an actress familiar to those of you who watched TMC as religiously as I did during my teenage years! I love Crane's Roost park and Uptown Altamonte! Love the small town feel with the consistent business of a big city lol! Most of all I love the culture. Casselberry is a melting pot but also has a wonderful native Florida vibe.

However, my experience here renewed my gratefulness that we, the citizens, become a part of the justice system in our country. As noted in other reviews, security scanners and Seminole Sheriffs ensure a safe location for the people entering for work and other various reasons. They were thorough, quick and helpful. As a potential juror, I needed to check in using the barcode on my jury summons letter. To my surprise, Grant Malloy himself, the Clerk of Courts and Comptroller for Seminole County, checked us in. Later, he introduced himself to the group and thanked us for our participation. Mr. Malloy's humor peppered throughout kept the intro from being dry. The judge conducted a mass swearing in and then we were asked questions and given general instructions for the day, The ladies in charge of calling names for jurors and giving us breaks did a nice job of keeping us informed and providing the next steps once called. The judge in the courtroom, like everyone else, thanked us for participating and informed us of the next steps. After many questions and leaving and returning to the courtroom. The jurors were selected and the rest of us were again thanked and said our duty was completed for the next year. I felt the length of the day, having arrived at 8 am as instructed and departing around 5:30 pm. But, overall I felt it was a worthwhile process and less painful than a root canal (one of the questions from the prosecuting attorney on how we felt being there).

I was there for less than 10min and got done what I needed for a traffic ticket court date. The young lady was so informative and nice which was comforting. There's plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The county clerks office is located to the left after you go through security.

Handicapped Parking Permit Registration review…read more My wife and I arrived shortly after 9 am (opening time) on a Monday, and the line to enter was outside and down the sidewalk. However, it was a short wait. Once inside, two employees at different, but adjacent stations, provided tax payers with a numbered ticket for the service requested. Most stations were filled with a state employee, and I witnessed what appeared to be their honest engagement with whomever they helped. The whole process seemed quite efficient. Angelina assisted us, and after verifying the paperwork and accepting the payment, she sent us on our way with a temporary handicapped parking permit. Altogether we spent about 30-35 minutes at the office. For a state-run office, I found it a surprisingly easy process. Note: The foot traffic was steady during our short wait, about 15 minutes until our number was called. Payment forms include credit cards and cash. Plenty of parking is available.

After looking up the address (after living here for so long) I decided to make a quick stop there to get this done and also run some errands during lunch. Parking was good, there were plenty of spots at 1140ish am and I made a beeline to the front welcome area. I stated what I needed to get done and was given a small paper with my alphanumeric queue ticket and then I sat for about 7 minutes before I was called up to one of the over 10 windows loaded up with employees ready to assist. I provided my mailed in paper and Patricia G. quickly got my new license and she attached the new tag. Easy peasy, I made the payment and out the door I went. I paid for a two year tag and while they offer a screwdriver to remove the now expired plate, I prefer to do it at home.
