This is a place I can't get enough of! They have everything you need for your protein, workout, and energy needs. They have energy teas, protein iced coffee, protein waffles, shakes, doughnuts etc. Everything tastes so amazing that it's addicting. Besides the delicious drinks and food this place has good vibes. The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet and they make sure you feel at home with their uplifting energy and positive vibes. They are very knowledgeable about their products and make sure you have all the information needed to chose what's best for your own nutritional goals. This place is perfect to fuel up and unwind after a hard workout. Sometimes we sit in there after the gym and get lost for hours in the excellent treats and laid back vibe. The energy teas and protein coffee keep me going all day long! So after a tiring workout I don't feel deflated and can still get everything I need done in my day. Majority of their products are high in protein and low in sugar so you can achieve your macro goals while feeling like your eating at an ice cream shop or bakery without the guilt lol. I have tried almost everything at this place, and nothing has disappointed me. Everything is just as tasty as it looks! This is definitely a must visit whether you're coming from a workout or just dropping by for a quick pick me up. Once you come here the first time, you will be back... You have been warned!

Tried this place today for first time. Amazing!! The owner is part of a group that sees ill children dressed as superheroes and is for a good cause. Tried the groot protein shake and was a lovely meal replacement with plenty protein, low sugars and low calories. Definitely would return!

First, I need to say run do not walk to this place. There are at least 4 to 5 gyms within 5 miles of this location. If you are a gym goer and you're looking for a place with awesome protein drinks and energy boosters. You need to try this place. The service is absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable. I went there looking for some thing for my daughter who has arthritis and myself who is diabetic and a bariatric patient. After I gave him this information, he explained things better to me to help me in my decision on what I wanted to try for my first time I got two drinks for my children and myself to try. Because everyone knows that children are picky and I wanted to see how their reaction was. It was a 10 out of 10 for them and for me as well. Yeah, I know when people think about protein shakes. They think it's gonna be funky is gonna be grainy. This is absolutely not the case this place in my experience first time. So let's get into these drinks. First will do the brownie batter. It was extremely delicious very chocolatey and amazingly light it reminded me of a chocolate mousse and it didn't feel heavy at all. It was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely drink this as a dessert meal shake. Moving onto the piña colada this was very refreshing very citrusy. Personally I would've liked a little bit more of a coconut flavor but nonetheless, it was still very refreshing. The kids loved it. The full disclosure they do have a few non-caffeine drinks that would be better for children. They also do have food. I did not try that as of yet however it all looks delicious and that will be my next try on my next visit. So I give a five out of five for ratings purposes but really a 10 out of 10 I highly highly highly recommend this Nutrition bar in Casselberry next to the Winn-Dixie on 434 surrounding areas Longwood and Winter Springs.

Why is this place so great!?! We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was everything I didn't know I needed in life! When you walk in, the atmosphere is so inviting. We were immediately greeted by a short lady that was cheesing behind the counter. She answered all our questions and even suggested things to us. She later told us that her name was Gabby and she was the owner! Complete sweetheart! She told us about a special on Mondays and Wednesday. $8 for a workout class and shake. Oh yeah my type of party!! Needless to say, we showed up on Monday to workout and get our shake. Mrs. Gabby Husband (we didn't get his name) was just as nice as Gabby! Did he work us out extremely hard? Yes! Did I almost pass out? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes! Can't forget their son, he kept us on our toes! Such a nice family, but their shakes are even better than them LOL jk, but really, everything is 200/10. We ordered quite a bit. Donuts, a strawberry cheesecake shake, a blueberry muffin shake and a tea! Marcus finished his shake before everything was made, and I left the store with my drink halfway gone. The donuts were everything and were even good the next day. This is the place I was missing in my life. Needless to say, I'll be back.

Finally tried Casselberry Nutrition as a little Friday treat and just WOW. It's a little hidden gem, next to Winn Dixie off of Sunshadow Drive (434). I tried the pumpkin cheesecake fall special protein shake as a recommendation from the owner. It wasn't too pumpkin spice forward, a nice hint of cinnamon, not overly sweet and definitely filling. Not chalky whatsoever and the flavors are just fun. If I'm not mistaken, the owner also said the shakes are dairy free. They also have energy teas, coffee drinks and pastries/treats. Clean space, the owner is friendly and kind. I highly recommend trying them post workout or even just to try something different. Will be back!

On my first visit, I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes with link sausages and a glass of orange juice. The pancakes were delicious, the sausages hit the spot, and the orange juice was... well, you know... orange juice. It did its job! The atmosphere reminded me of a classic country diner--cozy, welcoming, and filled with an older crowd, which I honestly prefer. One thing I really appreciated was being able to seat myself. That's always a plus in my book. Sometimes being escorted to a table means ending up in that one awkward corner nobody wants... but I digress. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back. My significant other, however, wasn't nearly as impressed. Oh well--you win some, you lose some! Sometimes breakfast is just a pancake split decision.

Diners are a…read morecompletely American thing that started in America as a mobile eatery and has transformed into what it is now, which are stationary eateries that feature affordable, filling food that appeals to the blue collar man. Fun fact, diners were started in New England region of America in the 1850s. All this to say, I love a good diner. I mean the American diner has always been there for middle America. The closest one to me and honestly it's definitely hidden away is the Maitland Breakfast Club. It's pretty much situated on the boundary line of where the City of Altamonte Springs starts. They have large space that's casual and what you would expect for a diner. Anyone can walk in wearing their Sunday best to pajamas. The waitresses are very welcoming and exactly the kind of person I would expect to invite me into a diner. We had gone on a Saturday afternoon and they're not a diner that's open late, so more of a breakfast diner really. Now I got the eggs Benedict with bacon and hash browns. For me, there are three breakfast staples I believe all amazing must revisit breakfast places should have. A good cup of warm regular coffee, eggs Benedict, and good crispy hash browns. I mean some places have other things like lattes and hash brown bowls, and I'm not saying those aren't good. However, when you nail the basics, you can do anything else. The hollandaise sauce was great and didn't split and bacon was crispy. The hash browns were super crispy, which I loved, and I could tell it had been made on a flat top grill, which is another very classic American restaurant kitchen appliance. The cup of coffee was good, I mean they had the sugar packets and the creamers right there. Overall, I would rate it a 9/10 and it set us back about $15 for just my portion. I will be back (said menacingly), Maitland Breakfast Club.

At Roses, this theory stands validated. Returning after a hiatus of over five years, and with the space having transformed from its previous incarnation, I found myself pleasantly surprised. The service was attentive without being intrusive, setting a warm tone for the morning. The coffee was impeccable -- rich, balanced, and expertly prepared -- a true marker of a café that understands its craft. The French toast I ordered was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, tender within, and satisfying enough to fuel a motorcycle ride on a bright Saturday morning. The atmosphere is quietly charming -- a laid-back, metro-inspired aesthetic that feels both familiar and effortlessly stylish. It's clear that Roses has cultivated a devoted local following, while also welcoming newcomers with open arms. Located conveniently for a weekend breakfast, Roses proved a worthy alternative after a missed opportunity elsewhere on Park Avenue. For those seeking a quintessential, no-fuss morning meal with great coffee and genuine hospitality, Roses earns a well-deserved two thumbs up.

Paying $7 for a side of COLD, stale bacon was a slap in the face. Again, it was not busy at all when we were there. Also, the rose latte was like drinking syrup.
