I called her about it and left messages. Finally, I "caught" her in, and she said she would try to figure it out, but that she might not be able to continue writing my policy. A week went by, and the deadline for end of coverage was looming. I called her twice more, begging for help. Nothing. I finally had to look for another insurance agency before the deadline three days later, and ended up just taking the first thing I found. I can't believe that after all these years that she would do me wrong like that. I guess she figured since she couldn't make money off me any more, she just blew me off. Teri is the most disorganized business owner I have ever seen. I have been trying to get a…read morereduction in my insurance rate for at least 8 weeks now. I call her to remind her because she hasn't returned my emails and hasn't called like she said she would. Meanwhile I have had my auto pay put on hold due to a financial mix up with my disability check and thinking that Teri would work out, in a timely manner, a lower payment that I could afford. That did not happen I am now 1 month behind on my payments because I just do not have $324 a month for homeowners' insurance on a 629 sq foot home with an income of under $1,000.00 a month. I can't tell you how many times she has asked me the same questions over and over in the weeks that I have been calling her. she was even rude to me saying that $324 was actually a good rate. Maybe for someone who is able to work, but I am disabled I cannot increase my income to keep up with her good rate. If there was a rating of 0 stars I would have sure chose that because at this point, she doesn't need any more clients because she can't take care of the ones she already has. Last year she asked me to delete a negative review I posted, and I did. This one I will not delete. If you want a good review, then do a better job.
