I get no answers as to why and I'm told I will get a call back, which never happened. I believe, and this is only my opinion that my paperwork was lost and they didn't wanna tell me so they kept Stringing me along. I finally gave up on them and took what could duplicate, which wasn't everything and went to another tax office. I will never understand this. Again this is just my opinion, as I have nothing from them to go by.

It is the middle of a pandemic and masks are required inside public places. This building is very small and we were very uncomfortable to be there without any of the staff (we saw four people working) wearing any type of face covering. When I questioned the lack of masks, the woman at the front desk unapologetically stated a mask would be worn when we were called back for our appointment, which seems highly unlikely. As we had been waiting 10 minutes after our appointment time and felt uncomfortable, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It seemed to me that they really were not concerned with us doing so. Very disappointing as my husband is a return customer, and we prefer to support small businesses. We will not be back and will likely inform our friends of our experience at this business. It is my hope this is not their normal practice, but there were no "mask required" signs anywhere, it likely is.

I took all my paperwork in with me for my appointment and Cathleen was so patient and kind. She is very knowledgable and up to date on all the ins and outs of filing. And you want to talk about fast!!!! My tax return was ready for me to go in and sign within 48 hours! This year I decided to have a professional CPA prepare my taxes. A friend referred me to Chris Martin. I gathered my forms, prepared a long list of questions I needed answered, and headed to Swansea to meet Chris. WOW, what great professional experience. Chris walked my wife and me through all the forms and paperwork, in less than an hour. All questions answered. Chris has a large computer monitor, we could watch him enter the data, and asked questions as he entered the data. I believe he saved us about $2,000, by entering the data into the proper forms. Overall, personable, professional and quick. I'll be back again next year.

Out of frustration I reached out to Martin Financial and Mr. Martin was a huge help getting the matter resolved in a timely manner. He met with me in person (the other firm refused to do so) and explained everything to me in detail. Couldn't be happier with their services and wish I had started using them along time ago!

(I had emailed a couple places and this is the only one that actually returned my email) I scheduled a time and I think a week out to meet with them. When I arrived, I met with Nichole Thousand and we discussed my current situation and what she needed to take over my taxes and help me with other financial needs. They're onsite to help (will actually hold your hand and walk you through everything). Other than paying my taxes for me, they do everything you would hope for in accounting. Very reasonable costs (maybe a few dollars/yr more than my last one but they do so much more and do it better too!). could not be happier. I feel safer with them as my accountant. I feel like i'm not going to get to the end of the year and have to make a huge payment because of underestimation or some similar issue.
