I got assigned to this office for my first pregnancy, and it was a terrible experience. It took…read moreforever to get scheduled for an ultrasound, I kept calling and following up and kept getting told my referral was not in, and when it finally went thru, it was sent to the wrong place. When it made it to the correct place, the forms were wrong and had to be re-done. I got a lot of bloodwork done around 13 weeks. I was told I was not approved for the NIPT test yet and I would have to go in separate for that bloodwork. Well .... I start getting all my Labcorp results, I open a form called the "MaterniT21" test. Come to find out, this is the genetic testing results! How did this office not know that?! I found out the sex of my baby at a moment I was NOT expecting, completely ruined that very special moment. Time for my glucose test. The doctor prescribed the 3 hour test first. Why do I need the 3 hour test? To my knowledge, that is the follow-up test when the 1 hour test is a fail. Labcorp was even confused and called to see if this was correct, and the nurse insisted it was. I had a healthy pregnancy, and I passed the test ... still don't understand why I needed to endure that one. The icing on the cake is for the last couple months, they haven't answered the phone!! At all. Same phone number advertised online, my primary told me the office is still open. Unbelievable. All in all, this office ONLY gets 2 stars because the staff was always friendly and they did eventually fix their many mistakes, so I eventually got what I needed, and I have a healthy baby girl at the end of it. I'm getting a new insurance so luckily I never have to go here again. If you have the option, go elsewhere.
