It turns out the team did come out and attempted to call me to let me know the type of repair I needed wasn't a service they provide, and they even recommended another company that could help. I suggested that leaving a voicemail in situations like this would be helpful, and Joey agreed it was a great idea to implement. I truly appreciate him taking the time to reach out and make things right, and that level of customer service speaks highly of the company. A diff fence co who repaired says the posts were too light of a gauge - they were either 14 or 16 gauge - even the corner posts were this size! I contacted All-Valley. They were genuinely uninterested. Got the run-around...I have to call the owner, those posts should have been fine, we'll call you back...blah, blah. To date - NOTHING! They won't return my calls much less work with me to make this right. $5000 for the fence, $1700 to repair. My insurance paid for $1000 of it, All-Valley should make it right. Unless something changes (doubtful) I will never do business with All-Valley again!!
