(Both Carport and Patio Room were basically rebuilt.) I'll note that this was in the hot months of 2024. And so far we're seeing a 20-30% reduction of AC run time, per the Smart Thermostat, due to the roof and solar screening. I, we, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Westerner. Decades of experience was evident. Value? The finish product had rocky edges and pitting all around with dark spots coming through and uneven lines, you can see the waves. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy. His workers were lazy , a representation of him. Walking on concrete that was already worked on. After I fired him, he clinched his fist and stormed off collecting his tools. I went inside to grab a check to pay him for the work that was done. When I walked back outside I noticed a large cavity in the concrete that wasn't there before. This guy grabbed one of his iron stakes and smashed it on the concrete while I was inside. He is mentally unstable and a hustler. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy.
