A diff fence co who repaired says the posts were too light of a gauge - they were either 14 or 16 gauge - even the corner posts were this size! I contacted All-Valley. They were genuinely uninterested. Got the run-around...I have to call the owner, those posts should have been fine, we'll call you back...blah, blah. To date - NOTHING! They won't return my calls much less work with me to make this right. $5000 for the fence, $1700 to repair. My insurance paid for $1000 of it, All-Valley should make it right. Unless something changes (doubtful) I will never do business with All-Valley again!!

Hannah, the receptionist, was also efficient and very courteous. They re-plumbed everything for the washing machine, and also took care of a problem with the shower and two hoses at the water heater. Much has been said about the high prices of Area Plumbing. For the type of work that was done, the amount of time it took, and the materials, I did not regard the price as too high. However, they looked at some other plumbing in my home, told me the price to make repairs, and it seemed high. The other work is not urgent, and I will do some price comparisons before making a decision. They charge a $98.00 evaluation fee, which is non-refundable and which will not be included into your total amount. This is a separate charge. Valley Sand & Gravel is a place that needs to be called out. As I scouted the place out for gravel in order to landscape my yard, the person working there actually raised their voice at me. I don't mean the person was one of those people who speaks louder than your average bear.... I mean he was actually pissed off (over nothing) and yelled like he might scold his son. I only politely asked if I might be able to get the gravel delivered the same day. Not to mention, I got very little help, and felt a bit rushed by the employee. Also, unlike other places, they aren't open on Saturday, apparently shut down early some days, and are more expensive than neighboring competitors. If you are looking for a good place to get gravel or rocks, see my review on Dakota's Decorative Rock as I had a great experience there! They also have a much better selection!
