Great staff! Everyone was so helpful. We were on our way home from picking up our first trailer. When we arrived here we found out they had given us the wrong power cord. No one in town had the right one. They loaned us one for our 2 night stay and then told us to keep it as a spare. Not to mention the park was clean and well kept. These people are all crooks. They act like nice Utah folks but they are fake from the first person you come into contact until the last person of the RV buying process. They promised our RV was brand new but then we saw evidence of them using our RV before we arrived. They must have used it as their break room or weekend toy or for RV shows or something....also the craftsmanship sucks!! It's been one problem after another since we drove off their lot. They don't back up their warranty. Their warranty is fake. When you try to call them and ask them about the RV...they don't have anything to say. This place needs to be shut down and prosecuted. Shady AF. BMO told me that ownership is Shady AF. Buyer beware these guys are useless and dangerous. Whatever you do don't buy their useless warranty. I canceled mine last April (as nobody respects their word). BMO and myself had been trying to get my refund, but to no avail as they are shady af. BMO finally ate the bullet and gave me my money. Was traveling through Helper UT on June 17th 2024 and stopped at a station for fuel. I did a walk around our 37ft 5th wheel while fueling the TV and noticed abnormal amount of heat coming from one of our trailer wheels. My friend had a infrared thermometer, it was about 3 times the temperature of the other wheels. The 1st major RV sales/service place I called could not service us, but they suggested I call Castle Country RV. I talked to Dakota at CC and he said over and they would take a look at it. The tech was very good and was able to determine that the Auto Brake adjustment on the wheel had failed. They had the parts and the Tech was able to get us back on the road within a hour. For the Helper, UT Location: BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, SHOTTY CRAFTSMANSHIP, CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. I purchased a Wolf Pup 16BHS from this dealership on 9/11/2021. I live in Las Vegas ~ 6.5 hrs from the dealership. During phone call sales negotiations the sales representatives Austin and Nick explicitly stated the "out the door" sales price, cash, with TAX INCLUDED. I drive 6.5 hrs there, the walk through was a joke, the nuts holding the trailer to the frame were all loose (body could have flown off the chassis during travel), there were metal shavings all over the floor, holes everywhere in the cabinets. POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP. They LURED me in with a cash offer sales price with TAX INCLUDED, I drove 6.5 hrs one way to pick it up, they did a typically switch on the offer and passed me paperwork with NO TAX INCLUDED, I naively signed, and now they refuse to even acknowledge their wrong doing. They apologized for the miscommunication from a new employee but refuse to alter my paperwork to include tax. The GM Travis spoke with their COO Matt Richards and they both refuse to correct the situation. Now I'm stuck with paying another $1.6 K in taxes upon registration in NV. 15 hrs of driving to pick this trailer up under false pretenses. BAD BUSINESS and will take this to the BBB. Open to deleting this review if they rectify the situation UPDATE: Submitted compliant to BBB, the BBB made multiple attempts to contact the business but they have not received a response. The compliant has been marked UNANSWERED, "the business's failure to promptly give attention to the matter will be reflected in the profile we give to consumers." read more

ROCKSTAR ALERT!!! I have NEVER had a vehicle/RV transaction go this smooth. From the first phone call, website accuracy, salesman knowledge and delivery I wish a could give a MILLION STARS! NOTE: until we picked up the units- this whole transaction was done over the phone and online. THE STORY- after a really bad experience at a dealership in California (were I live), I hit the internet to try to find the make and model of travel trailer I needed (actually needed TWO of the same units). I found them online on RV TRADER and went to Castle's website.. I was in luck that between their two locations the had two units available.... I called the dealership and ALBERT answered... It was as if the RV gods sent me an angel ...He was attentive, very knowledgable about the units, really personable and very nice to speak with. He was always available for questions-info, he even gave me his cell number to reach him anytime. We had a major hiccup along the way driving there and was accommadated even when it put the dealership into over-time to properly finish our deal. Our delivery was smooth, service and the walk through were great, they answered all of our questions and never rushed us. The final paperwork was a breeze. Everything was explained well, organized and pretty straight forward. All and all, FIVE STARS only scratches the surface of our experience! I would highly reccommend these guys to anyone local or in another state to buy from them! Besides the drive was beautiful---it was absolutely worth it!! Our drive as 14 hours each way.... We purchased our 2018 Rockwood ultralight 5th wheel here and the process was so easy and quick (I was in and out within 1 hr, not including coming back to pick up) Then 10 months later we brought out trailer back to have normal warranty work done. We are from Las Vegas and made the trip because of the amazing customer service that Leah in the pets department provides and really everyone we spoke with over the phone is always so helpful. When our local dealer would only allow us to put in a request for 10 items on our list, Castle Country had no limit! Leah was so understanding and always listened to all my concerns. She never once treated me like an annoying customer, although I am sure I pushed it :). She found solutions to our wants, specifically we wanted to put a hitch on for electric bikes and it needed to hold up to 300lbs. She made this happen! Th took care of all of our concerns and when Covid happened and I was not able to come pick up due to being in the military and locked down to traveling, Leah did not have any issues with us waiting. In fact, she had they technicians look into an intermittent water tank gage issues during the time we had to wait to pick up without us even having to ask them to do! My entire experience with these people has been horrible, but here's the latest issue: I had them upgrade my truck camper jacks, but they didn't put on a second spacer, so it's ripping my roof motor off. There's one spacer on, but they were too lazy to add a second spacer. Now my roof doesn't shut without leveraging it with a crow bar. This is a brand new camper. I should have to do this. I emailed them weeks ago about this issue with no response. Now I have to fix this myself. I do not recommend. read more

Let me start be saying i dont usually wrote bad reviews but this place is so awful that others should know about our experience. We recently purchased a new 5tg wheel from them. When we showed up to take delivery of our trailer they made us wait over 3 hours because they put another customer in front of us. We started the walk through with our specialist, (im using the word specialist loosely, because my wife and I both new more about the teailer than he did) as he stumbled through the walk though trying switches and saying, "lets see what this one turns on". We found several items that needed addressed because it was evident that the company didn't do any kind of pre inspection of the unit before we got there. We found a major issue with one of the slides. I asked that they tell me exactly what they did to fix it, so I could help trouble shoot from the field. They lied and said the switch was wired backwards. We now know they lied because when we got home, slid the sild out it wouldn't go back in. I aterted troubleshooting, called their service department and she legitimately hung up on me. We have nothing but issues from them and will NEVER do ANY buisness with them again. Service is awful, sales is awful, management is awful. We did find one honest person there it was a younger kid who guinelly tried to help us when no one else would. Buyers beware. Its not worth buying ANYTHING from Castle Country RV. read more

Me and my husband took the 2 1/2 hour drive to helper over Memorial weekend. Excited to see some trailers that was posted on KSL. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile from behind the counter. We told her that we were interested in seeing some trailers that we had seen on KSL that were posted today. She went around back found somebody to help us. A Young guy came out and asked how he could help us we told him we'd love to see some trailers. He told us he didn't have any that everything was sold. I was like really? because you guys just posted some on KSL ??? He said no everything on the lot is sold. I explain to him that we had driven from far away to get here. I asked if there was anyway we could see some of the sold trailers, so then maybe we could put a deposit down and get one ordered. I told him our price range is $30,000 and that we had cash. I was hoping that me telling him this, he would know we were serious buyers. And then maybe take the time to help us. show us a Brochure or some pictures anything....I pulled up the KSL ads that had just been posted for trailers less than an hour ago. But his response was that we actually prefer you to finance. At that moment I knew he was not gonna help us. My husband then stepped in and was like really you don't have anything? There where 100 trailers sitting outside, there had to be something we could see? I looked at my Husband and was like he doesn't want to help us let's go. He then said what did you say and I told him it honestly sounds like you don't wanna help us. He said well I could show you one but it's totally out of your price range and wont look like anything that you can afford and it's dirty.... I left so insulated and was so shocked. unfortunately our little plan of getting up early taking a drive to helper to see some amazing trailers that had been posted in our price range was ruined buy one young guy, with horrible customer service. Maybe if we would've had lighter skin color we would have gotten better customer service. read more

We could not find the toy hauler we wanted in our price range anywhere in California. When we found one at Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah, we planned a road trip out there to pick it up. Ryan, one of the sales managers, was thoughtful enough to let us know a few days before we left that they found some damage on the siding of the toy hauler. He offered to fix it, but did let us know it would be a few weeks. We drove out to see it anyway as we had already made all of the arrangements for our trip. Upon arrival, the toy hauler and the time frame combined just did not work out for our family. Ryan was incredibly communicative, professional and understanding. He refunded our deposit within one business day and did so with a positive attitude and well wishes. If every dealership had a Ryan in management we would all be better off... if you do end up there, be sure to ask for Ryan! read more

Castle Country RV in Helper has been such a pleasure buy an RV from. I've been looking for a while for a specific 5th wheel and Nick at Castle Country RV gave me the best deal, by far. Typically, in my experience, salespeople don't do anything for you once you've left the lot. Nick at Castle Country RV is the exception. He came in on a Sunday when the store was closed to let me in to drop off my RV for service. On another occasion, he also helped transfer our belongings from truck to trailer. He does what he says he is going to do, a rarity in sales. He is honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. Great customer service and very thorough in explaining every option. They stand by their products and will help you get the best fit and price for your needs. Bonus - they welcomed our dog with open arms when we unexpectedly had to bring her with us - we were at the shop for over 3 hours and they were all so sweet to her. read more

The price of our RV is what drove us to this dealer. Great price, had them install a stackable Washer and Dryer, and a hitch in my truck. We drove from Key West, Florida to trade in our Bumper Pull trailer on a Fifth Wheel. This process took all day. All was going good the salesman and a yard worker were helping us hook up and transfer our belonings out of the old and into the new. While hooking up the sales manager jumped in our truck and took over the hook up. He was in a hurry to go home so he bypassed a few key safety procedures like making sure the trailer hitch was locked before raising the landing gear and the trailer un-coupled and dropped on my truck crushing the side rail on my 1 ton truck. They told us that they would fix our truck, but unfortunately we had to be in another state in the next two days. We told them that we would be going to Washington state in a month or so and could possibly come by on our way home. While at home the sales manager suggested we get bids in our home town. We got the best price and sent it to them. They said that our bid was too high and said if we wanted our truck fixed we had to come up there. I had the store manager send me a copy of the bid, which he did and I saved it for my records. We showed up on the the day we agreed on and went in to get the process under way. I told the manager that we would need to be compensated for our inconveniences, ( RV space rent, rental car etc...) to which their reply was, "Well you were coming this here anyway and you had to stay at a park anyway." They were trying to make my wife and I feel like it was our fault. My wife a 20 year retired 100% disabled Navy Veteran was almost in tears at the way we were being treated. The manager brought in the sales manager into the meeting and proceeded to get upset at us because he made a mistake. When I questioned him about why he did what he did he blew up and said " What if I just F@$%ing just say I didn't drop the trailer on your truck? What about that?" The manager of the dealership did nothing, just sat there. They loaned us a car, and we dropped off our truck. It was repaired to our satisfaction and we left the state. I'll never return to this company ever. Their professionalism sucks, and while there's more to this story I'll stop for now. Worst sales transaction ever. Our 4th RV. read more

It's been almost a year since we purchased a fifth wheel from this dealer, so we've had a chance to see exactly what the purchase was like. At first, things went smoothly. We found an RV we loved, got a loan from our own credit union, and went in to sign papers. In the process, the loan officer (since fired), persuaded us not to go with our own CU, but with another one because it would save us a small smount. We agreed, and signed papers with the other bank, and our fifth wheel was delivered to us the next weekend. Two months later, we had not heard a word from that bank, so we called and found out that they had not accepted our loan because we also had another RV that we were paying on, and their bank had a policy that two RV loans were not allowed, regardless of our stellar credit or ability to pay. So, we went back to our own CU and explained the situation, and they said they would honor the original agreement. We informed Castle Country, and we were finally able to close the deal. Here is why they only receive one star: Throughout the entire process, after their own employee was fired, they did not contact us or help us in any way to resolve the issues that arose. We made numerous trips, made many phone calls (several of which were not accepted because they were busy, and did all the legwork on the loans. It was almost as if they didn't want us to pay them for the RV that they had already delivered to us. Weirdest experience of our lives. FYI, we are a retired couple--husband from BYU, and wife from teaching elementary school. We have the credit and the income, and will pay this off in a few months. Be advised that if you go with this dealer, you may be in for a wild ride. read more
