The Board of Directors president his name is Eric Perez he refuses to get rid of him stating to me over and over we need him in this community he is a vendor harassing an owner I myself have called the sheriffs office so many times I cannot count I fear for my life and my safety I cannot sell my home currently because I have a lien on it and the property values are not high enough to sell at this time I want you all to know this is just the cost of what I'm telling you let me give you some more information about how corrupt these people are and how pathetic they are they're charging myself late fees it took the last payment almost 2 weeks to post to the website they do not have a local bank here in Tampa so I am forced to send a money order and yes two weeks now they've decided to send me a late fee. Plus admin plus 18% interest so basically Nick hensley give me all bunch of fake violations to harass me and make me pay fines that I don't owe now Eric Perez just signed another contract with Castlegroup stating it would not be in our best interest because we're going on a construction now the Board of Directors has heard 1 million complaints about council group and they still are kept keeping them because it is a boys club here at beach walk Local management Fiona and the guy under her or absolutely pathetic they hired nick Hensley no other choices he had no experience. Castlegroup gave us poor candidates when they were originally chosen but Valerie was chosen and she was absolutely the worst I want castle group gone immediately I cannot stand them from corporate to local to the office person I had to send him a cease and desist letter to stop contacting me I see through all the southern charm in the southern bullshit The fact that they are giving fake late fees to somebody that mailed their payments two weeks before is corrupt The fact that a vendor here is harassing and torturing myself and I do not feel safe and they still won't get rid of him is unacceptable to me and I will not forget this The fact that Cassdoes nothing about their employees behavior and harassment to owners is unacceptable to me I have had to basically managed Beachwalk myself because Nick does not do it I have had to take care of matters that he should've taken care of I've had to call the sheriffs office so many times I've had to take pictures and photographs of the stuff that has been taken here on property that he has not done one that thing about nor has the Board of Directors I don't get paid to do this There's pictures and videos on YouTube about the harassment from the maintenance person Jay owners don't wanna castle group as soon as we can get a new president hopefully this will change my personal unit has been ravaged with water damage throughout the years and I have been ignored I had so much water damage on the exterior it was unbelievable and then the fact that somebody flooded my unit on top of that my unit is basically uninhabitable and they refused to put me up in a hotel and currently refuse to put me in a hotel even an owner years with water damage and then leaving me without a complete deck for about six months is unacceptable due all construction is another one they take about six months to do one thing because I only have one framer my deck is still not complete even after six months talking to them is like hitting your head against the wall just the same as Castlegroup horrible don't hire them Accompany all the way from corporate to local horrible to deal with and does not do their job for which they are paid to do just like every other management company just like PBM in Saint Pete Don't hire them for somebody else read more

This is, by far, the bottom of the barrel in property management. The manager we have, Jaclyn Ponto, is completely belligerent, disrespectful, and rude. The things she says to people when she routinely fails to accomplish even the most basic tasks are appalling. After failing to achieve routine maintenance for over 3 years, I was told I should just be happy I have a place to live. She is our third manager in three years, yet we have paid for an office that sat empty for many months. Still waiting on our refunds from the corporate trash that run this cesspoool. I contacted the company president, Will Delgado, who is nothing more than a pompous, sanctimonious corporate thief, and got a bunch of hollow lip service. These people do not care about your living conditions or the management of your community. They rely on a false website with a trademarked customer service policy, which is laughable, to take your money and provide you with nothing. Castle Group's property management has been frustratingly poor, marked by either gross incompetence or a lack of care--possibly both. Communication is unreliable at best and, at worst, completely non-existent. Esmeralda Guerrero, in particular, seems to respond only when it suits her mood, leaving urgent matters unresolved and basic inquiries ignored. For a company tasked with managing properties, this level of disregard for clients' needs is unacceptable. Castle Group's failure to provide even the minimum level of professional engagement casts serious doubt on their ability to manage property effectively.
