I stumbled upon Inspiration Preschool and I immediately took my 3 year old son out of the school he was in and enrolled him at Inspiration. The staff is lovely, friendly, warm and inspiring. The setting is quaint, warm and bright. When you walk in, it is just a wonderful place to be, and you know it. After one week of being at this school, my son, who was not interested in learning his ABC's and 123's comes home singing every day. He is interested in learning and engaging, where, he was not before. When I pick him up at night, he doesn't want to leave. When he was at the other schools, he was crying before I even picked him up, every single day - and never wanted to go to school. Now, he gets up before ME in the morning, gets himself dressed, and lines up by the door... saying "Take me to school Mommy!" I am so thrilled to have found this wonderful school and my son will be here until he moves into Kindergarten. It has a family feeling and a very supportive culture. I could not be happier.

Let's face it, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, and no daycare is really going to be good enough for your first child. Or can it be? Inspiration Preschool answered that question with a resounding YES for us. As soon as we found IP and our daughter was old enough (must be at least 2.5 years old), we took her out of the nanny share and enrolled her at Inspiration. It's a small "school" with a nice backyard. I put school in quotes because really, it's daycare but very much in a learning environment. During the regular school year, each month is a different learning focus. For example, they focused on rainbows and colors in April, things that grow in May. There is a reading area, too, with tons of books to suit the ages of the children. The kids learn lots of songs, too. I was so pleasantly surprised when my daughter came home from school and taught me songs that they sung that day. They learn the alphabet, counting, days of the week, the calendar...the list goes on. So yeah, it's a "school", and my daughter gets good care, too. All of the staff is top notch. You can see the love and care they have for all of the kids on each teacher's face. Inspiration isn't just teachers, either. it's a community where parents not only know each teacher, but they know every child that goes there and every parent of those children. Everyone gets together on occasion through events put on by the school and/or other families. They even recently did a field trip to The Children's Museum! The main thing that I love about Inspiration is that the kids play outside, at least twice a day, EVERY day. It doesn't matter what the weather is (well, within reason of course), they go outside and expend that energy that only 2.5 - 5 year olds have in spades. The backyard is so conducive to this, too. There are 5 -7 different areas back there where the kids can get their play on. My favorite is the musical area that features pots & pans to make "music" with and a big chime set that the kids can hit with various kitchen utensils. My daughter now looks forward to school everyday that she goes, and even asks if she is going to school on weekends. When we pick her up, she doesn't want to leave. She's made some wonderful friends, too. So have her parents! Thanks, Inspiration Preschool!

My son started attending in October 2025 in the Owls classroom, and from day one we have felt so supported, welcomed, and confident that he is truly cared for. The teachers are incredible -- attentive, nurturing, and deeply knowledgeable. Ms. Gina, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Heather, and Ms. Connie each bring such warmth, experience, and intention to their classrooms. It is clear how much thought and care goes into the curriculum, which is both engaging and developmentally appropriate. The play-based approach, small class sizes, and consistent structure create an environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. What stands out most is the strong sense of community. Stepping Stones genuinely feels like a family. The teachers take the time to know each child as an individual and communicate thoughtfully with parents, which has made such a difference for us. Our son has a speech delay, and since starting at Stepping Stones, we have seen remarkable growth. He is saying so many new words, engaging more with peers, and absolutely loves going to school. Seeing his confidence and joy increase has been incredibly meaningful for our family. In addition to the exceptional care and education, Stepping Stones offers **excellent value**. The pricing feels very fair for the level of attention, experience, and quality of programming provided, which can be hard to find. We truly feel we are getting so much more than we ever expected. We are incredibly grateful for the nurturing, supportive environment Stepping Stones provides and feel lucky to be part of this community. I would wholeheartedly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a loving, high-quality early childhood program.

It is wonderful to be surrounded by parents invested in their child's learning. It is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach so it embodies a homey feel and the teachers are wholesome, caring and very attentive to the children and school community at large. The teachers are very well taken care of (I am a teacher here). The benefits are the best I have received at a teaching job. The teachers are supported with great trainings and encouraged to peruse professional development opportunities. From a teacher's perspective, this school is a wonderful place that should never be overlooked by parents or educators.

Explore and Discover was hands-down the very best child care decision we ever made. We are leaving…read morethe daycare this week as we are moving, and it will be incredibly hard to say goodbye to the wonderful community here. Leaving your newborn baby somewhere because you have to go to work is hard. Like, really hard. Especially if you're like me, and your brain is constantly thinking up horrific scenarios of "what-ifs". Explore & Discover made us feel comfortable, safe, and like family the whole way through, and made that transition so much easier. Before attending I did my research on all of our child care options, because I understood the gravity of leaving my incredibly tiny, vulnerable baby with a stranger, and wanted to be sure I was making the very best choice for us. I went through years of all of our daycare option's state audits and incident reports. I also weighed location, and the fact that E&D was a co-op. In the end, Explore & Discover was the clear choice. They had a massive wait list (get on early!), but because I only needed two days a week I was lucky enough to be called up to the plate, and I am so glad that I was. My daughter's teacher has not only taken amazing care of her throughout her time with E&D, she has also been my best resource for how to be a parent. I was one of the first of my friends to have a baby and the parent figures in our life were offering very outdated advice, but our baby's teacher taught me how to get her on a nap schedule, how to feed her solid foods, and gave ideas of activities that would stimulate her. She was an unending source of patience and knowledge, and really began to feel like an extension of our family. Because the center is parent-run, the parents are much more involved than I imagine they would be elsewhere, which creates this amazing community of people who genuinely care about their children. There are mom's and dad's nights out, group meet-ups, every-other-month parent meetings, and monthly newsletters created off of contributions of the parents. Having access to this community means that there is always someone there to help you if needed. They cheer each other on when there is a life event, they donate and contribute if a fundraising event is planned, and they rally whenever anything is required for the good of the community or the center. It is something so unique to E&D, and something we felt so lucky to be a part of. We were there before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, and because of E&D's attention to CDC guidelines there was not a single positive case within the community. I already mentioned this, but E&D was definitely the best child care decision that we made. Leaving my child at daycare was something I dreaded in the beginning, and grew to be something I (and she) looked forward to. She squeals when we get into the parking lot! I am genuinely disappointed to be leaving this community, but want to be sure to share what an absolutely amazing experience we had here in the hopes that someone like me, a new mother trying to make the best decision for her new baby, will read this and know she found the right place.
