After interviewing several contractors, I am SO happy we found Castle. Not only were they here is the next day after calling their office to go over our plans, they had the design ready, sent us to a previous customers home to see their work and started demo within a week! Castle renovated our kitchen, master bath, bsmt bath and created a laundry room for us. All in 6-7 weeks! I cannot say enough great things about the entire team Miguel, Dani, Mariana and Ernesto are a dream to work with! All their employees are so nice and respectful of your space (since we lived here during the renovation). They seriously go above and beyond and we will use them again and again on our future projects. read more

I called Castle Painting and remodeling again because of the excellent work they did on my home. My two prized mahogany door needed refinishing and I am very picky about the quality of work. The doors were also not closing properly. Castle sent their best Master Carpenter who remedied the situation and also stained and varnished the doors. I am so, so pleased! Castle will always be my "go to" for all my repair and painting needs!!!! read more

I definitely recommend Castle Painting for all your painting needs. They did a wonderful job painting my rooms upstairs. The best thing was how professional and prompt they were. They truly care about their work and will make sure it's right. Miguel and his team are great and have customer service. read more

You get what you pay for! Top notch service with this company from the beginning to the end. I found them by accident; their van was parked outside my condo building and so I gave them a call. Best decision I ever made. Miguel the owner came by and suggested great design ideas, and I had an estimate from Alejandra afterwards. Mariana, the granite specialist worked with me and was very detail oriented and accommodating. Work started a week later. A very organized business when it comes to communication. Here's the best parts of my experience; very timely response from Alejandra-she is pleasant, funny and she gets things done. I think she literally has her cell phone on her hip 24/7. She always answered my calls. She calls every time the workers are at your home. Sergio and his team came in and started the work and cleaned up after each work day. They showed up on time everyday, I couldn't believe it! The best part was they sent out a cleaning company after they were finished. This is a company that offers high quality, detailed work, so please note this isn't a bottom line low cost company- not a time to nickel and dime them. I got what I paid for. The pictures speak for themselves. When it comes to my bathroom renovation-this is the company I'm going to use. Thank you Castle Painting! read more

I highly recommend Castle for any painting or remodeling needs! As soon as I requested a quote they came out the very next day and I had a quote within a few hours. (Whereas other companies I had to continuously ask to come out and kept having to go back and forth on what was in the quote.) The quote was very thorough and fairly priced (actually lower than some other quotes.) The service was great with the owner Miguel coming out to talk to me about options, paint colors and other questions I had. They started the project within a week and they truly jumped right in to get it completed quickly. I've never seen a crew work so fast and efficiently, but also highly thorough, neat and polite. We had our house exterior and deck painted and some gutter work done. The finished product looks amazing! People have even stopped to give compliments. The castle crew also cleaned up after themselves, put all deck furniture back, etc. and were always more than responsive to questions (these seem like small things but usually work crews leave trash etc we have to deal with). I've honestly never had better service than I had with Castle. Fast, thorough quoting process, amazing service before and during the project, and a great work product. I would use them for every home project if I could! read more

Castle did a terrific job on our house. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and adhered to all deadlines. I would highly recommend Castle to anyone. read more

I had a very different experience and would highly recommend them. The biding process was very professional. They called to let me know they were going to be late, so that was acceptable and responsible to wait about 20 minutes. They gave me a very reasonable bid and estimated two days for the work. The work included painting several ceilings in rooms and two entire rooms. It also included pressure washing the entire house and detached garage. They showed up on time, and competed the work in ONE day. Awesome service and Alexandria was a pleasure to deal with over the phone. I will definitely use them again for more painting and pressure washing. read more

I saw water on my garage ceiling and discovered that the shower was leaking behind the ceramic wall! . It was only 3 months old! I called Castle Painting to fix the garage ceiling and THEY discovered the problem. The owner, Miguel, came personally to inspect the damage. They redid the whole shower and floor and showed me exactly why it was leaking. The jack@** who remodeled my bathroom did not properly install the plumbing and did not do what I paid them to do. Castle Painting came in and fixed EVERYTHING. I'm still trying to get my money back from the first company. Castle Painting guarantees their work for 5 years. In fact, Miguel followed up with me several times to make sure that the work was being done to my satisfaction. After the last ordeal I was watching and inspecting everything. They did not mind at all! In fact, they were very understanding because of my previous problem. Miguel has called me personally to make sure everything was up to my expectations. It only took 1 week to redo the bathroom. Very professional and not afraid to fix other people's shoddy work. I wish I had found them to do the initial work! Great communication and they explained everything to me in a simple and understandable way. The bathroom is perfect! I plan to have them redo my daughter's bedroom with a chalk wall this spring. This company is professional, affordable, and honest!!!! I forgot to mention that they were at my house the very next day to inspect and give me a quote. I would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

So pleased with the service Castle Painting provided. They were competitive in pricing, worked with my schedule, and were available whenever I needed them. Their owner, Miguel, was actively involved throughout the entire process and their administrator, Alejandra, stayed in constant communication with me. I was taken back to see the handful of negative reviews on Yelp, but then again none of those individuals actually used the service. I had Castle stain a 600 sqft deck off the back of my house and do some major touch up work on the exterior. Everything exceeded my expectations. The team was very professional and I would highly recommend them. read more

Got a quote for painting a new home. (brand new construction). They came out and gave a very detailed quote. To paint a 4000 sq ft home would have been $44,000 and that was only the inside. The exterior was another $26,000. I was able to get this done with the same materials $18,000 from another painter. I hope people are getting other quotes because this guy is ripping people off if they actually go with them. What a joke. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. The quote was actually very insulting. There was only about $6,000 in materials to paint the whole house. I am sure there was not $65,000 in labor cost. Could have bought a new car for that or maybe that is what Miguel was going to do. read more

I called to get an idea of the pricing of their services, the lady said they can come do an estimate. I asked for general price point of a smaller size room and she wouldn't provide one instead she said a minimum price on a project is $800. Extremely vague, I then let her take my information as she said someone else would call back to answer questions and set apppointment ,never got the call...... read more

Castle Painting is a wonderful company run by professionals that work very hard to make sure the customer is happy and the job is done well. I appreciate that they don't cut corners but make sure the their work is top quality. They are timely and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for painting and home repairs I can assure you that you will not be disappointed by Castle Painting. We are delighted with the work performed by Castle Painting. Miguel is personable, knowledgeable, attentive and communicative. He helped with my color selections for the house exterior and the result exceeded my expectations. A significant amount of repair was needed prior to painting, but he did not recommend more than was needed and I felt no pressure. His crew is skilled, professional, neat and courteous. They did a great job on the repairs and painting, then cleaned everything up when they were done. Miguel checked in frequently to make sure instructions were followed and to answer my questions as the work proceeded. I highly recommend Castle Painting and will definitely use them again on future projects. read more

I had high hopes but was disappointed with the final product from Castle. I live in a unit with an exposed concrete ceiling with numerous areas of accumulated concrete from the curing period. The main objective of this project was to knock and smooth accumulated areas, then paint it white for a refined look. Miguel came by twice and said that he understood the project. I even pointed to a smooth section of the wall as an example. He guaranteed that his team would take care of everything. His team (while capable) was instructed just to paint the ceiling. I tried to explain to Alejandra numerous times that was not what I agreed on; she said I would have to pay extra to get the job done. If I knew this would be the outcome, I could've painted the ceiling myself. I believe there's a disconnect in communication between the office and their on-site crew because the crew successfully installed an electrical outlet, laid new carpets, retrofitted a few recessed lights, and performed some light drywall work. Their crew needed approval from the office who refused to uphold their end of a project they quoted. I tried to give Castle the benefit of the doubt when I read other negative reviews in the beginning, but I will go elsewhere next time. read more

At this point I would not recommend them. I arranged for them to come and give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. First they were late by more than an hour to the time they told me they would come for the appointment. They did not say after 2:00PM. They said at 2:00PM. Second, they were very interested in talking to me about more than the requested estimate. They wanted to paint the door, to add shutters, to repaint the carriage house, to give me a reference for a chimney guy who could for sure outbid my chimney damper estimate, and etc. Third, they told me I would be emailed an estimate in 20 minutes and then they would call me back later. I have not heard from them. I found an email address on their website. After emailing a request to hear from them; all they did was to email me a coupon for referring a friend. I still have not received a quote and this all happened 2 days ago. I agree this old house and carriage house have things that need work, but I can not do it all at once. I want a paint job to protect it from the coming winter. read more

I give Castle 5 stars! Not sure what happened to anyone else. Miguel was a pleasure to meet and very honest. They are not the cheapest because of the quality of their work. Very professional team over at Castle Painting! I had an exterior project that was very clean and really good on time. The majority of my neighbor's have used them which is how I heard of them in the first place. I will use them again in the future!! read more

I've seen this company and it's work around town for many years. I'm excited that they've added renovations to their list in addition to painting services. I treated myself to their professionalism, and am very pleased with the 2 spare bedrooms they painted for us just in time for the holidays. They did excellent repair of pre-existing damage and the painting was perfect, in rooms with brand new white carpet! I will definitely call them again. read more

I will 100% recommend Castle to anyone in the Atlanta Area. I had an exterior as well as an interior project and am beyond happy with both. I can really appreciate the quality of their work, the professionalism of their crew (SERGIO is the BEST!!), as well as the communication with their office employees. They are truly a 5 star company. Which is why I advise anyone judging companies solely on Yelp reviews check the reviews the users leave on other companies. Some people don't seem happy with anything. read more

We've used Castle Painting for more than 10 years for a wide variety of house projects, from a kitchen remodel to painting inside and out to tile work. Miguel and his team are amazing; they do the work like we would do it ourselves. Great value, great work, great communication. In a sea of mediocre contractors, Castle stands out as honest, prompt and fair. Highly recommended! read more

I recently had my house painted by Castle Painting and I was very impressed! They were prompt, careful, courteous, and got the entire house painted in one day. The quality of their work was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

Miguel came to our home unexpectedly but just at the right time. We live less than 1 mile away from the Castle building. He came in to analyze the work needed and provided a verbal quote. We also asked him to look at a couple of other areas in the house for future work. He also provided a verbal quote for those. The next day i texted him that we would like him and his team to help us. I didn't hear from him but the next day i received a text saying he would come the next day and finish within one day. Our schedules synced up. I was scared that the cost would be more than the verbal quote since i had nothing on paper. But i trusted him. he came with Philipe and they did exactly as they said they would do. they were professional did not push too much for more changes and did not give me an attitude when i didn't want to do more work. Philipe finished, drywall repairs, paint, and electrical work in 6 hours with only a 30 min lunch (i felt bad). then they cleaned up (at least they tried)! i was impressed. I will be calling them to do the rest of my work from now on. Thanks Miguel and team! read more

While preparing to sell our condo and needing some minimal painting done, I had some communication with several independent painters who would not commit to either a price or the timeline we needed. Miguel came to the condo, gave me a great price, and his painters had the work done the next day. I was so relieved to have that done so quickly as it was holding up other things I needed to do. Thanks Castle!! read more

We contacted Castle to paint our house and then the guy just didn't respond when we told him we wanted to use his services for a portion of the house! It's like radio silence ... I'd say that's pretty terrible service right off the bat! NO TO CASTLE! read more

Castle Painting came out to discuss exterior painting, replacing windows and gutters. I received a prompt esitmate from them. I asked for clarification on a couple of the items on the estimate. I no longer recommend Castle Painting after the experience I recently had with them. In fact, when asked if I know a good painter, I tell people NOT to bother with Castle. Castle did a lot of painting for me two years ago and I was very pleased with their work. Two years ago, great care was taken to protect my floors and furniture and the clean-up after the painting was excellent. So when I bought another house recently and wanted it painted, I chose Castle over the other bidders due to the fine work they had done in the past. The initial customer service was excellent and the promptness of their estimate was exceptional. But that's about where the good stuff ends. I had requested the same painter I had two years ago and was told that he would be available. But the day before the painting was to start, I received a call saying that the requested painter was not available but the one they were sending out was even more particular about his work than the one I asked for. I never should have listened to this and waited on the requested painter! I was told that the painters would probably be at my house for 4 or 5 days but they suddenly wrapped it up in 3.5 days. Upon checking their work, it was apparent the reason. There was extensive touch up required and so they had to return. Two painters worked all day sanding and touching up. Upon checking their work that time, they had left the house a mess with extensive amounts of sheetrock dust on the hardwoods, paint splatters all over the hardwoods, ceiling paint on the walls and wall paint on the ceilings, paint on the bathtub surround, paint in the bathtub, and paint all over the floor. I called the office immediately but the supervisor did not call me back. I called again the next day and only when I became really angry, did the supervisor return my call. He said there was no excuse for them leaving my house in such a mess and he would talk with Miguel and call me on Monday. I had not heard from him by Tuesday so I sent an email to the office. On Wednesday, the office called and offered to have someone come out to clean the floors and the bathroom. The cleaning person was at the house for several hours and still didn't get all the paint off the bathroom or off the floors. Castle never followed up with me and frankly I am done with them. I paid thousands of dollars for the painting and I am very disappointed in what happened at the end. I will never use Castle again and I will never recommend them to anyone again either. There is absolutely no excuse for the condition that they left my house in and their customer service, overall, was abysmal. read more
