We (my family) gave Castle Realty a try on referral and looked at a few houses with them but simply didn't like the service we received. They were clearly more interested in closing on a house than finding something that worked for us. I emailed employee Alan Iverson asking him to release us from the contract we signed because we no longer wanted to go through them. He refused to release us from the contract unless I met with him for coffee so he could attempt to sway me back. I let him know I was not interested in that and that we would not be using them as our realtor. He still refused to release us from the contract out of spite because he knew we were not going to use them. We wanted to get our kids into a better school district and now we won't be able to until our contact expires. It was terrible customer service and poor business practices.
