Two weeks ago we hired him to install replacement windows (we bought material) in a porch. While the windows were installed fine we had several other important issues he did not take care of. 1) he was VERY messy. Had caulk all over the wood trim & window frame (white caulk on red painted trim & wood shingle siding which cannot be painted over). 2) most areas of the caulk he did not spread so there was just a bead which was not in the hole. 3) left several gaps; no caulk. 4) did not clean up at all. All the old caulk & some trash from the new windows were all over the ground. A real professional also would have removed the stickers on the windows & cleaned them. He actually got caulk on some of the screens & the windows. Just very unprofessional. I sent him a photo or two & said this is horrible. He did not reply.

Mike came out to install my TV frame in my backyard, ran the electrical, and properly set up the electrical panel for the project. He did an excellent job and was able to get everything done at a very reasonable and affordable cost. Mike was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and family-oriented. One thing I really appreciated was that he didn't just focus on the job I hired him for. He took the time to look around my home, point out other things I could do to improve my space, and give me ideas for future projects.
