My wife contacted them as soon as we found out. The owner not only claimed they absolutely didn't do it, which I would expect, but also then demanded proof about damage. When my wife supplied pictures, the owner questioned if the pictures were genuine and demanded a time stamp picture, which we supplied. When I called to follow up not only did the owner not call me back (for over a week), but when I called back to reach him he was immediatly very defensive and didn't let me speak. He said someone else was supposed to call me back. He kept interrupting me and even after I asked him to let me speak and make my point, he got upset and kept talking over me. While this may be a small commercial dispute ($100) to get the floor repaired, I would warn others not to deal with this company. It is easy to be nice when you are trying to sell something, but If they do not take care of small items and are super aggressive when you have a problem, I am not sure you want to deal with people like this. It was clear to me that they created the problem, but even though we disagree, how can they be trusted to handle a large order if they act like this over a small item. There was no offer to settle, no offer for a discount if we bought something. Nothing but that we were wrong. The owner told me that my rental company volunteered to credit me for the repair, but the rental company didn't create this damage. It was not not their responsibility. It is Pink Pineapple who did the damage. Obviously, we will never shop there again. Shoppers beware.

Thrift stores always seem to have at least one cow painting but they're never in a field grazing with others, they're always doing or wearing something non farming, like wearing a Santa Claus hat in their living room while reading the newspaper. This store is filled with beds, bedding, rugs, furniture and less tots, books, tools, mugs and cups - unless its a glass item which is a boundless section all to itself. On this day i left with some sockets and a sleeping bag, I can never have enough sleeping bags. Most items are in brand new condition and you can shop here for a gift for someone you don't want to spend too much on but has a coffee machine or cutting board that are way to small and they font realized it. And im back to the cows and cow art because I've spent time with real live ones recently and they're certainly very underrated large four legged beautiful animals. We had been traveling for 13 years so had no furniture, to speak of. We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Florida Home and Patio and I'm sure these will not be the last items we get there. We can't thank Laurie and Joe enough for the excellent job they did!!

I understand that mistakes happen, especially in a busy store with long lines. My concern is not that a mistake was made, but how it was handled. Treating a customer rudely and failing to correct an overcharge does not reflect the biblical principles this company publicly claims to uphold.
