When he discovered that the driveway that the original builder poured had no reinforcement, he worked with us to expand the scope and make sure we ended up with a driveway that we would be happy with. Next, we asked him to look at our patio and give us ideas on making it a space we could truly enjoy. He used patterns and Texas stars to create a space we love to use when the Texas weather permits. The great thing is, he is an honest and upright professional. When there are multiple solutions to a problem he provides options, not just the most expensive fix. These guys are engaging and aggressive (in a used car salesman way) and somehow I fell for the pitch - deciding to have the entire bathroom gutted and rebuilt without estimates for materials since their estimate was just for their crew's services. Several items I bought on my own had to be returned for a variety of reasons. The quality of work was mid to poor and ultimately I ended up with a 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath house where I once had a 3/2 bath house (granted the 2nd bath was 70's vintage.) Now, without tearing out seriously expensive tile I won't have a shower or bath in that second bath. I guess I learned an expensive lesson. A lesson that I won't overcome in my lifetime.
